Be careful when u purchase here. They say u get free items but they charge u in wrong way. After u pay they say system is like this it calculates like this and that. Even the cashier doesnt know how to explain how it really works. They see each other in eyes for explanation. Very funny

Everything is fully in stock and clean here, just as always. The staff are super helpful when answering questions. I also observed someone hand in a paper resume for their job at the front, and the staff member was super friendly and supportive of that person, saying "good luck" to them. I would say this is by far one of the most pleasant Minisos in Toronto. Keep up the good work!

I have visited this location a few times. I have bought what I needed. Today I went to buy specifically their face masks. A box of 50 was $19.99. The price was good. I also bought a travel item and because I spent over a certain amount I got a free gift worth $5. My experience was good. I was helped and the cashing out experience was painless.
The store is small and sells knick knacks. If you are not planning to but anything serious then coming to this store is ok. Good for browsing.

I wanted to pay for my stuff, but the lady was not paying attention. She seemed to be on her phone for a while. Did not like the customer service?
There was another lady in the store, but she looked busy with another customer.

Everytime I come by 6:50pm the doors are closed and the they start shutting down store lights. Store in a mall should stay open until it says it is open on the directory.

It says on their website open @9:30 am on saturday. But nope they were closed.. change the time in your online store hours.
