If i could give a negative rate i would do. The guy at the front desk was not even approachable and the way he talked was very rude. The tone of his voice was not even welcoming. If youre planning to get your hair done dont go here. Very rude costumer service. Would not recommend.

I have been bringing my kids here for years! It’s a lovely and efficient hair salon and everyone treats you like family. We usually come to Leena or Pina, but have had haircuts by other stylists at Milan and it’s always great. Easy parking, very reasonable pricing and wonderful service all make the magic here. We’ll be back in a couple of months. ❤️

I called to book an appointment for hairwash. Declined the request on call saying that we don’t take do such small basic service req and the man was very rude.

Stylist was rushed and sloppy. I was only in the salon for max 15 minutes. I did not feel like he took the time to make sure he did a good job. My hair is super uneven and very poorly cut. Any money I saved going to this place is lost because now I need to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed.

Would give zero stars if can, showed them a simple hairstyle of me when I had shorter hairs that they couldn’t and just made my hairs shorter.

I had a bad experience here on wednesday april 11 I called and asked about the price of the perm, the man who answered the phone told me it was 35 dollars and when I got there they say 65 dollars. I asked and got the answer that the man confused between perm and haircut. And as I see that he is a native and I am a foreigner. It's funny how native speakers are not good and misunderstood my English. I had my hair permed and the lady poured the chemical perm on my hairs and didn't properly cover the chemicals. Then she went out and didn't show up to check if the chemical was really okay with me. Chemicals were flowing onto my face and neck. I had chemical burns. I asked for help from another staff and I feel that staff has brushed off my problem. My skin was peeling a few days later and was very swollen. There was no excuse or sorry when I was there. Hope the shop owner can review chemicals and how you apply chemicals to customers. I have curled my hair many times and this is the first time I have had a case like this.

I have been going to Milan Hair Studios for many years and I have always been very satisfied. Sonia is my hair stylist and she is so wonderful! I am always so happy with my colour and hair style and she is a very talented stylist. Sonia is also a beautiful person and a very lovely and pleasant lady.
