Great and efficient servicing. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I dropped my C43 off in the morning to replace the battery and coolant thermostat and the car was ready for pickup in the afternoon. Highly recommend taking your Mercedes here for servicing.

Serviced my 2011 Benz E350 from here.They used to be great, but my last service was not good.Short: they put the accessory belt in reverse over the water pump, causing the car to overheat and start leaking coolant, leaving me stranded.This is a premium benz specialist shop (not cheap). So we expect there to be no headaches. The problems Definitely weren't worth the price premium.

I went there couple of days before Christmas 2020. Sam patiently listened to my car problem and took the car in. They spend a day on the car and even got a used rear SAM to confirm if the issue was from the faulty expensive card. Aiden, called and politely explained the findings. This was a costly repair mainly because of the components from Mercedes. The main symptom was battery drain and got fixed by replacing the rear latch lock and rear SAM.
Thank you guys for job well done .
My car's electrical issue was not an easy problem to diagnose. I am glad I took it to McNally.
