The worst experience that I have ever had. first he told me it costs 93Dollar, and I paid him this amount. However, once I wanted to get my clothes he charged me 16 Dollar!! I told him you should have called me and telling it to me. but hr told me next time!!!!!!!!!!!!

Master cleaners was good.. I was told to go to them by another dry cleaner, as they’re the only ones in the area that do same-day service.They attempted to clean the oil spot from my pants, but it didn’t come off completely. They still fully charged for the service I was promised but didn’t receive.

Had my wedding gown dry cleaned here. The staff are so polite and understanding when I had to pick up my dress late. Would definitely come back.

Terrible! Dry cleaned 2 cheap scarves I had in arms of coats rather than checking first and attempted to charge me an extra 30.00 dollars, then pointed out that they had caused the leather to bleed onto the pocket of my down coat.
There was someone behind me and they knocked 30.00 off bill otherwise would have charged me!
Very poor! I will NEVER go back!!!

I have had many shirts and pants taken in to Master's Cleaners at 197 Sheppard Ave. E. North York. for over a year. Each time they have had the clothes available for pickup when promised, and have a done great job of removing stains. I have had both dry cleaning and laundry done. The cost is reasonable and the owner is often in the store and very friendly. They also have another location which I've not been to, and sell Korean skin products which I have not used and cannot comment on.
