    I just wanted to thank Lorne for his most appreciated customer service. Lorne had a selection of watch bands assembled for me to choose from. I required a replacement band for my father's vintage watch. I am very pleased with the results.

    Needed to extend the length of a pearl necklace. Birks took on the task and the result was outstanding. New pearls matched the existing very well - the extension is seamless. Well done!
