The store is pretty clean and neat. I get produce from there usually but the prices are a bit higher as compared to Food basics, Loblaws and H-mart nearby. The store is well set up as well. One thing I noticed is the behaviour of one the cashiers and it put me off. I was in queue and this young female cashier (whose name starts with an R and ends with an A) couldn’t even make an eye contact. No greetings whatsoever. However, I noticed she did greet the customers before and after me with a smile. It felt really discriminatory. This has happened twice with me. So had to put this up. It must be a small thing for her but such things matter!

This store sells stale, day old buns in their open bins. Be warned. Most other stores throw old old bread or are least mark it down. Not this location.

Variety of food. For some reason the big stuff can be cheap and the smaller ones more expensive. I love the EPIC COOKIE sold here!!! Worth a visit, paradise of food.

I am very disappointed by this location. They may have clean aisles and self check out machines, but you are second class using cash. I have come several times and not changed.
You have a staff told not to keep their cash or lane open, unless customers insist on using cash. Longos is never really busy and your experience is tailored to more intimate experiences. You cannot get it here. The staff don't seem to have much direction from management or treated poorly, I cannot tell.
I come during non rush hour times. I dont need to always asking staff for help, just because I am not paying electronically. I am not a burden, I am your customer paying for high prices. Don't get that mixed up.

Please explain this.
I purchase the same bottle of extra virgin olive oil on January 13th at your location for $15.
Today Feb.25th I saw the add at your location for the same oil for $29.99.
Are you kidding me? Overpricing your goods does not make you a better supermarket.
You have large competitors around and I would rather walking further to save money than giving it to you.

Produce often soft or spoiled. Do not fell you they don't accept electronic receipts for refunds so you can get tricked into buying spoiled food that you can not return. Customer service can also be very rude. Will not go back.

I made an Uber delivery from Longo's where the delivery person got almost every item wrong from my list (ex. 4L milk instead of Lacaid pills, multivitamin instead of prenatal vitamin, etc) and Uber's support team was overwhelmingly unhelpful.
But then I called Longo's and they agreed to refund me so I can repurchase the correct items. When I went in store, they helped me through my issue quickly and seamlessly. They were incredibly helpful and understanding and I just wanted to share my experience. Thank you team!

They always have delicious baked goods and good-quality fruits. I frequently purchase their pizza dough and am always thoroughly satisfied.

Worse grocery store in this neighborhood compared to FB and Whole Foods. I even rather drive to Bayview village but not buy from here. Several bad experience: chicken was already gone bad, they just added some marrination sauce and sold it, bread cookies all gone bad already
I already threw away the chicken right away, fried the egg to eat with bread and noticed it doesn't taste good. Guess what??? Bread already has blue spot on it.
It's a snowy night, Otherwise I would have stoped by to your customers service, but here is some pictures

As someone who shops here regularly, I find Longo’s stocked with all my everyday essentials. It’s impeccably clean and well-organized. The staff is consistently kind and helpful, and I particularly adore their high-quality products, especially their own store brand. I highly recommend it!
