Ebele, the case manager & Herb, the repairman, were very accommodating. They communicated about what was to be done & when it would be done. The issue was resolved quickly & efficiently.

I spoke to Ronald Calderon at customer service, and he was very helpful and kind. I'm very happy with everything he did for us. LG staff are very nice people to speak to.
