Today is my birthday and thought to have a celebratory wine. I’ve been in this country only for a month and have never stepped in LCBO until today. My minor daughter came with me as our apartment is just next door so we could do groceries after. Innocently, I requested her to grab one bottle off my hands as my other hand was busy. At the checkout, the cashier embarrassingly raised her voice saying she will not sell to me again if she sees my daughter touching a bottle. This was an innocent mistake from my end and she could have approached it another way or better yet, tell customers that MINORS ARE NOT ALLOWED in the store.

I went to this location around 4pm today(5/13) and there was a white lady (late 20’s or early 30’s) at the cashier.
She was there last Monday too.
I bought 6 beers today she didnt even ask and just stared at my face after I pay. So I asked her a carrier and she gave me one and didnt put beers in them like they do at the other location.
Last Monday, it was her again, I bought 3 bottles of wine but when I asked for a paper bag she didn’t even answer but just pointed at a reusuable bag behind me. So I just carried those bottles without any bag.
I don’t want them to smile or anything but at least do your job and stop being rude to customers. The worst lcbo location.
