The staff were very helpful and friendly and made for a pleasant shopping experience. Prices are reasonable however they had a limited selection of petite long dresses. Lots of parking.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I received at this laura location. Ive been a loyal customer for years and came into the store to return an online purchase within the 14 day period as per their return policy. The tag had fell off but I had it with me and the jacket was in perfect condition. Once I tried to get help I was ignored for a long time and the employees would speak to each other in their language right in front of me. They called me a red flag for not having the tag and refused to even give me option. After speaking with customer services over the phone they were much more understanding however, I still never received a call back. Nonetheless, the carelessness, rude and disrespectful attitudes of the employees was unacceptable. Do not come to this location.

If I could rate it below 1 star I would have done that just because of a lady named SIYA who is super rude to customers. This lady was so arrogant to tell me straight at the face that representatives working there are not responsible for selling damaged items to their customers and LAURA does not take care of customers and the items once they are sold. This is the worst customer service I ever encountered in my 25 years. She kept on saying to contact customer service although she clearly knows that their toll free service number services are halted during weekends. She just wants to gossip with her co-workers but doesn’t want to cater the customers despite of being store in-charge at that time. I will really recommend to not visit this store at all if you don’t want to waste your time and hard earned money.
