AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went into the store inquiring about a stain removal on my sister’s prom dress and we received extremely honest, thoughtful, and very helpful advice. The gentleman helping us was very empathetic and we could tell he cares a lot about his customers. Very genuine place please go here!

I had a great experience here! I was in a rush to get a shirt dry cleaned for a sameday pickup and they made it happen. The man at the front desk was very helpful and kind. 5 stars for service and pricing!

I was looking for a new dry cleaner closer to my home… This place had great reviews so I decided to give it a try. The first round of drop offs, they cleaned the colour right off of my dress, and shrunk a $300 top!! I didn’t realize that was the case when I dropped off my second order which was two jackets. The one jacket is a very light pink and when I picked it up after cleaning, had a bunch of black hair stuck in the wool. I don’t know what is going on with this place, but I will definitely not be returning.

I highly recommend their service!!! I took a white jacket that was super stained, plus the jacket had black leather details, they told me it would be difficult to wash it because the black parts could stain the white parts. I authorized the service even though I knew the risk and they were able to wash it without staining. My jacket looks like new again. Thank you very much for the excellent service!!

I've tried several cleaners around Toronto to take care of my uniform and other suits but I keep coming back to Lan-Ray. They are by far the best in the city. Quality, service, and general friendly banter makes them tops in my opinion. Hey what would one expect from a dry cleaner who has been around since 1947? They know their stuff. Thanks Lan-Ray.
