We changed our minds to work with this company just a short 2 weeks after our initial meeting. We gave a total of $65,000 to cover deposit and costs thinking we had invested in our future with professionals. After having a second designer look at the K&B sketches there were many issues which is why we withdrew. K&B advertises should the customer want to cancel, full refund minus the work done to date will be returned. Cancelling alone took 14 days for Narges to LISTEN to us. They still have our $65k after offering a generous $5k for the work they did do, maybe 10 hours in total. They have used stall tactics and games. We have had to seek legal counsel. Has anyone else had this experience??

Gave my bathroom a little facelift; a new showerhead and added storage make it feel so much more organized and inviting. Definitely worth the upgrade!

The kitchen transformation is beyond what I imagined. The custom backsplash and updated flooring have breathed new life into the space. I actually look forward to preparing meals now.

We went with Kitchen and Bath for our kitchen redo after a lot of searching. The island they put in is just stunning, and we love all the fixtures they suggested. We'd definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a well-thought-out renovation.

The kitchen that was made for my house came out amazing, way better than i ever could have imagined, We were lucky to have Narges as she was very helpful and accommodating in the process and she brought any ideas we to life and much furthest. Will definitely be using them again for my bathrooms, and I will recommend this company to anybody who needs any work done to their kitchen or bathroom :)

The kitchen looks fantastic now going to have to recommend this to the other housewives in the book club soon.
