Bill provided excellent service for the repair of my Jiffy steamer. I was concerned that I would need to replace it, but my husband dropped it off for repair on a Saturday morning and by Monday the power cord and switch were replaced and he even supplied a cord guard that had been missing since I purchased the unit a few years ago. The repair was under $75 and my steamer is as good as new.

Where do I begin. The staff and owners were so friendly and helpful from the very start! They even did a 3D rendering of our store before allowing us to buy anything to show us exactly how to do things. The effort and commitment to good service was unmatched and the selection of goods was great as well. 10/10 recommend.
