I had a terrible experience today with the employee called Yen Wen. The store wasn't busy, it was completely empty. She didnt seem to be happy to be working nor wanted to be there. I normally get offered samples, but she didn't even offer me anything. She just rang my transaction with a very poor attitude and didn't even say "thank you". People that are shopping in this location, please avoid her.

Although I have no issues with staff at this location. I have no other recourse then to leaving feedback here. Warning others not to order and prepay with Kiehl’s”s.Be careful. Could be weeks or not at all until shipped. Mine still has not been shipped and Kiehl’s will not cancel the order or provide refund. Waste of time contacting support. Will direct to disclaimer that says they don’t have to provide refund or cancel order due to unreasonable processing times. Not talking about time to ship. Talking about time it takes to have products ready for shipping. Visit bbb to see all the reviews and complaints about their shipping practices. D- report. Very unethical. Your store locations will now pay the price as I and others won’t return. Unethical to say 1-4 days and then weeks later no shipment due to you not being able to deal with volume.

Came into the store to grab my birthday gift per email received. The rep (asian girl) asked to see my email and literally did not move or flinch and just told me “ sorry we don’t have any. Try another store.” I’m like you didn’t even move or bother to go to the back or check. She continued “ sorry try another location. “

First time came here for online order return. Great customer services and able to help and answer questions related to products. Very organized store. This time changed my view of in store purchase, definitely will come back for the in store shopping at Kiehl’s.

I usually buy my skin routine online, unfortunately i didn’t receive my last order on time (one month delay/ lost in mail) i had to go somewhere close to me to buy what i needed and could not wait. I went to Kiehl store in Yorkdale mall. Eddy who helped me with my purchase, was very helpful, had good knowledge of the products i wanted , and definitely a great sales person?. I got what i needed.

I went to the store at Yorkdale on March 26 2023 and returned 5 empty bottles. I asked the sales person there if she could deposit $16 to my account for my next purchase. She said of course. She supervised me throwing 5 bottles into the big wood container then we walked together to the cashier. Since she could not find my account by phone number, she passed tablet to me to key in my email address. We logged in successfully. She took back the tablet and operated on it. After a while, she said it’s deposited.Unfortunately, few days later when I checked it’s not there in my account. I had to write to customer service to have it sorted. I hope the store manager if there is one can see this and ask the girl where she deposited the money. I hope it is a honest mistake than anything else.
