Store shows it’s open on Google but when I went there it was closed and had a realtor’s sign at the door. The bigger issue is when I called to confirm if they were open, they hung up… TWICE. Not cool.

I bought a pair of shoes for my son from Richmond Hill store and were told we can return it to any store if it doesn't fit now I'm in Fairview mall store (it's closer) and they say you cannot return and you have to take it back to the original store and this is causing us a lot of inconvenience with a small child very unfriendly customer service and avoided at all cost Go to some well known brand where you can return with a piece of mind not worth it at all.

I'm very particular to only get strong quality shoes for my children who have slightly wide feet. This shop solves the issue and has fashionable styles. Lovely staff and excellent service
