I am very pleased with this pharmacy. They care a lot and if you do not understand what care is, you may get the wrong impression. My experience with this pharmacy is one-of-a-kind. For example, I run out of medication I contact the pharmacy, the Pharmacist told me that they wouldn't be able to get it to me until the following day. I explain I didn't have any for the night, manager stayed back so I would be able to get my medication for that night. And many incidents happened after that, and they make sure that I was well taken care of. The pharmacies are well trained, they are very soft spoken and respectful. I don't want to be sick, but I'm just glad to have the people at Keele-Ingram Pharmacy to help me through my sickness. I give them a billion stars +5.

We received an erroneous message from one of the Pharmacists yesterday that was a wrong fact. We were out of town and when we called back (returning to city ) we were not able to talk to Pharmacist. This was extremely unprofessional. We don’t even deal with this Pharmacy. Presently looking to report this Pharmacist especially with not being able to talk with this person to get information straight. You make a call to a stranger you speak with this person. You have no right to call us. Guess they need more customers to keep them busy. So totally inappropriate and weird. Please do not call my number again . Danielle

I was referred there by a friend for my covid 19 vacation and everything was fast friendly and couldn't have gone more smoothly right from when I walked in. Nancy who took care of our vaccination was great and all of the staff their were helpful in helping us along the way and with the free parking which made it soo much easier and convenient as well.
