I found the perfect wedding shoes here! (Heloise 120 in soft white leather). They looked amazing, but most importantly, were incredibly comfortable despite their height. The customer service from Heidi was amazing. She was helpful and accommodating throughout my entire experience. Thank you so much, Heidi!

I had an extremely negative experience at this store. I purchased two pairs of shoes and two bags, but after selecting the items, I was informed that they didn't have brand-new bags and would need to order them. I requested to pay for all the items and borrow just one bag until the new ones arrived, as I needed them for a party the next day. I asked to speak with the store manager, Jacqueline Tersigni, who turned out to be the worst manager I've encountered in any brand store. Instead of trying to understand my situation, she repeatedly refused my request. She offered me a store bag with a big scratch at an additional 5% off, but I declined as I wanted brand-new items.
Moreover, when I inquired whether Holt Renfrew in the mall sold Jimmy Choo bags, she misleadingly said yes. Upon checking myself, I found that Holt Renfrew only sold shoes, not bags, which added to my frustration.
Overall, Jacqueline Tersigni's attitude suggested she was unable to handle dealing with affluent customers and didn't appreciate my purchase of four items. She seemed eager to get me out of the store, and there wasn't even a hint of a smile on her face. This experience has left such a bad impression that I doubt I'll ever purchase from Jimmy Choo again, despite having positive experiences with brands like Burberry, Gucci, Chanel, and Bugatti in the past.

This rating represents my review of the company - Jimmy Choo.I recently requested help with repairs and was willing to pay the associated costs. I was transparent that the shoes were gifted to me and I could not provide proof of purchase. They were very nice and helpful and agreed to help.After I dropped off the shoes to store, I was informed these were purchased from a sample sale (which I wasn't aware). From that point forward, I was immediately declined everything due to company policy. The Yorkdale staff was very nice to offer a courier return. However, the overall process has left me feeling very unwanted and unworthy.From the company's perspective, It was very obviously, I was no longer considered a customer and therefore didn't deserve support or service. I wasn't asking for free service or trying deceive. For a large multi-million dollar company, I took it personally when they didn't want to make an exemption for my case.I have always looked to luxury goods as an indulgent treat to feel better about myself. This incident has made me really sad because I realize no matter how much I covet Jimmy Choos, I represent a type customer they do not want and be associated with.

Love Jimmy Choo Yorkdale! Eric is super friendly and so helpful! He’s taken care of me a few times with sizing, ordering and fashion ideas in general! I even received a bouquet of flowers a few days after buying my first pair of JC mules a few months back! <3 I can’t say enough how amazing of a sales associate he is! Great store, amazing shoes, and friendly atmosphere!

We came in to try a boot for a specific size. They didn't have any in the store so the associate said they can order the size for us and we can always return it to the store if it doesn't fit. So we went ahead and ordered it.The boot didn't fit. They refused to take the refund after because it was "ordered" and came in from the states (like that is something we would be aware of?) . So now we have to go to ups and ship it back and risk it being lost or damaged in the process. Essentially the associate just lied to our face about the refund process.
