Unfortunately - you can't replace the old Davids Shoe store that stood in the same space. I support Jean Paul, but unfortunately the selection lacks what was once available. I wish we had a shoe store inside Bayview Village that was a tad more upscale for both Men and Women.

I came into the store because there was a particular vagabond shoe I liked in white but was sold out on the vagabond website. When I asked the sales associate if she carries it in white, she rudely said no it doesn't come in white when I know it does. Then when I asked another associate, the original associate returned to very rudely tell me she doesn't understand my question. She misunderstood my question regarding if the their online website carried white Vs the vagabond website but I just don't understand the need to be rude. Very unprofessional and rude staff. For a shoe store that sells high end shoes, please improve on your customer service.

I ordered boots online - I don't see a page for the company in general so I'll leave it here. My mom and I wanted to get the Olang boots as they have built in spike for ice/snow, this company had them on sale and we had never heard of them since we're in rural Ontario. Ordered and waited for our boots. They shipped quickly and my mom is very happy with hers. I noticed a small defect on my pair and contacted the company, they were extremely helpful and walked me through the exchange process. I was able to ship my pair back and the manufacturer is sending me a replacement. They've responded to every email I sent them and have been super helpful. I would highly recommend purchasing from them and will shop there again
