I went this morning to get a base ball cap customized and to find out if they could do another tricky embroidery project. The cap was done while I discussed the other item. They really worked with me to achieve what I wanted. Both items exceeded my expectations. This business is awesome!

Had the best experience with Japorms Embroidery! I was looking to customize a shirt for my father’s Xmas gift and last minute I called Japorms. They were able to digitize the logo AND embroider on a rush order to accommodate the timeliness for the holidays. I am forever grateful and I LOVEEEE the professionalism and the quality is top notch!! Thank you team for the incredible customer service

** UPDATE: I have just received the hats we ordered and they look awesome! Aside from the communications challenges noted below, I would definitely recommend Japorms for your next custom embroidery! Plus, after the communications failings listed below, Japorms jumped at the opportunity to improve and they did! **So I placed an order back in Jan. 5th and was told that I would receive my order by Jan. 25. Unfortunately, It is now Feb. 2nd and I have not received it. I was in contact with this company via email as they had trouble with their inventory to get me what I wanted, so they provided an option. I accepted it, but when I asked when I would receive my order, I heard nothing.The chat function on this site did not put me in touch with anyone. Their is no phone number listed on their website, only a form. I did finally get a hold of someone on the phone, after calling for a few days where they actually confirmed my order and said it would be ready tomorrow.In any event, I have updated my review as I really want this company to improve how they communicate with their customers. I will also update this post once I receive my order to comment on the quality of the work.

Japorms is amazing! I've ordered custom embroidered sweaters from them twice and both orders have turned out exactly to my satisfaction. Aris is extremely responsive, helpful, and professional. He answered my barrage of questions patiently and I appreciated the great customer service. My orders were completed very quickly as well. I will be coming here for all of my embroidery needs!

Japorms is great. I have ordered hats from them a few times and quality is great. ordering is super easy. Service is top notch. The owner is a great person to deal with. He is very responsive and helpful. Do not hesitate to use Japorms. I will always be using them for my embroidery and printing needs.

Extremely professional and kind service.I was rushing to find an embroiderer who could produce a custom embroidered hat by Christmas (I contacted Japorms on the 15th). Despite the fact that I was a complete pain and messaged Japorms non-stop over the next few days (which are their busiest times), Aris reassured me that they would have my product ready by the time I needed it.Couldn't recommend Japorms any more highly, and sorry for being annoying.

The embroidery done on my Christmas Stockings was superb. The expected completion date was supposed to be 3 business days but I was thrilled to receive my order in 2 days. Very professional organization. Thanks so much for excellent service.
