I'm doing this review primarily for a friend I was with him a few times when he's came here for his family's prescriptions and I can say that I could never imagine an individual having so much patience for such terrible situations the staff are soo rude and arrogant I have never in my life have dealt with such a lack of customer service and seeing my friend having to go through this time and time again for his family member he was taking care of just boggles my mind again and how he had so much patience and waited so long before he transferred pharmacies it's an unfortunate event for people to treat individuals this way and sad that when people are in need others are taking advantage of the situation because of the place and power they're in I would strongly suggest to anyone that's reading this post that this Pharmacy is by far one of the worst ones that you could go to I'm not sure in regards to today if the staff has changed but when I had gone there with him those few times I've never seen someone get treated so badly by staff and especially of all places a pharmacy.

Incompetent pharmacy staff. I gave them a prescription for antibiotics which was bordered in a bold box, it took up 50% of the paper it was printed on. I had made some notes on the blank portion of the paper related to the medications required and their prices. Rather than focusing on her job, the pharmacist was fixated on my notes in the far corner. Asking, what is this? And who wrote them? I explained they were just my notes. Still fixated on nothing but my notes she rambles on how I can’t write on a prescription. To be clear the notes were on a blank portion of the paper outside the thick border of the prescription. This was very obvious. A monkey would have understood this. They wouldn’t serve me and proceeded to ignore after I explained this very obvious detail. I’m not surprised anymore how this pharmacy has such terrible ratings after reading the other similar experiences. Ridiculous.In response to your reply; the initial comments were quite clear I think. NOTHING was written on the prescription. This is the part I think you and your staff are struggling with. No name, no number ? Just manager… Nice, very professional. I definitely will trust you with my health.

Great pharmacy! Staff is always friendly!! Myself and my family have been coming to this pharmacy for many years and we've never experienced any issues. They always pick up the phone and are helpful. My medication is always ready on time. Thank you!!

I wish there was an option to give no stars when writing a review because of the terrible experiences my family had with this pharmacy in the past. To give a brief explanation. We felt like we had to tiptoe around them because they're so easily offended. The constant delays when picking up our prescriptions would give one too much stress. As a customer and patient, we felt as though we were not valued or properly cared for, and to such an extent, we ended up switching pharmacies. I only wish we had done it sooner, truly. In our opinion, we would like to warn anyone thinking of using Jane Park Plaza Pharmacies to take the time and try other options just so you can avoid yourself any stress. As to the owner, I would like to inform you personally that there has been no misunderstanding or mistake when writing this review.

If you are looking for the Dollar Tree of Pharmacies, you have come to the right place. The staff are arrogant and rude. They are inconsiderate and lack empathy towards their customers and patience. Their store is outdated, as is their customer service. If you'd like to save yourself a headache and you value your time and hope to keep your sanity I suggest to stay as far away from this Pharmacy as possible, I would definitely suggest finding a better suited one considering their prices are high and they have outdated products like there values towards their patients. More importantly they charge packaging fee unlike Shoppers Drug Mart so for every prescription you order from them they charge you $4.11 charge whereas Shoppers Drug Mart waves that fee for their customers, since they're a privately owned business they can do what they want, and treat you according to how they feel.P.SThank you for the quick response, but it goes to show and further proves my point of how arrogant you and your staff truly are. Take into consideration and understand that im not the only one star in here expressing the same things. Take accountability for your actions and stop misleading the customers. More so it's upon the pharmacy to charge the $4.11 even though it is set under guidelines by the province you can waive that fee for your customers but you don't you choose to charge them don't say that it's forcible because it's not Shoppers Drug Mart does not charge that even for elderly that have high income. More so, look how entitled you are to deny my claims. Why? Because you are unable to find my file to see how you rub me the wrong way? Fortunately you were not dealing with me but unfortunately my family members had to and I can say that it was hell I won't even go into description of how long we were customers in this disgusting Pharmacy but rest assured you should all be ashamed of yourself especially in such a time of crisis in our country and you're taking advantage of the customers who come to you in need of help. It's unfortunate because the prior owner was such a god saint you and your wife have done nothing but turn the goodness of this pharmacy upside down.We are in the year 2023 and hopefully moving forward you guys are going to change your tune and start to treat your customers better it's the only reason why you guys are still operating Stop being so ignorant.Yours trulyShlay

I give this pharmacy a 6-stars....very friendly and understanding people. Very good ?? customer service skills ?? ?.....very reasonable prices compare to shopper's drug mart and wal mart... I personally travel 45mins from my home to come here....that's how great the service is.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 15 years. Everyone in this place is awesome. Customer service is one of the best. When I walk in they call me by last name (Mr. Shah) how are you that is Layla, I call from any number they recognize my voice. They go behind there job and duties. Layla is one of favourite, Walid knows me. He calls me by first name behind the counter he says hello. Walid acknowledge every customer like it is the only customer. I can go on for ever. If you're ever in this area go and see for yourself. I highly recommend this place.

If you value customer service, PLEASE do not go here. The rudest staff I have ever experience. The response from the owner shows just the reason why you should not visit there store. Not everyone comes in being rude yet they must recieve rude treatment for some. Smh. Like I previously stated not worth the time to go there.

worse pharmacy experience in my life ..... went to the doctors office next to this pharmacy to get an emergency refill because I lost my medication at work, ... went to the pharmacy who stated they couldn't give my medication because I already received this medication 3 weeks prior ... even tho i lost it ... I was prescribed 4 medications and only received 1 without much explanation not only this, the pharmacy tried to give me medication i was not prescribed. They ran out of the medication prescribed to me by a kidney specialist and instead of communicating with ME the patient. They decided to write their own prescription of a drug I was not authorized to take. I am a stage 3 chronic kidney disease patient and gave me medication that was not water soluble or safe for my kidneys ???? They ignored me the entire time !!! I was wondering weather they got their degrees from the trash CAN??? they should honestly complete an IQ test before they allow nut cases to become pharmacist ... wasted my time an spent 48 minutes there and left 20 minutes to only come back to receive the wrong medication ????? ... rather than explaining to the patient they gave a one word statement and expected me to understand. Not once have they spoken to me. I hope other patients don't get their medication from here. They stated to visit the other pharmacy i originally got my medication or transfer pharmacies ????? LET ME GET THIS STRAIGHT ?!?! FOR AN EMERGENCY REFILL????? The entire ordeal was uncomfortable and irritating .... the entire time they ignored me and were very rude ....
