I am a long standing customer and never have experienced such poor customer service on an online return which took me nearly an hour.
Background: I was sent to the lingerie department to expedite an online return as the jewellery department was busy. The cashier at the lingerie was confident she knew how to do the online return, When I kept asking for the manager she didn’t call and explained it was a new process which takes much longer. She even suggested that I should go home, call the online bay customer service to get a number which was needed to do the return. She didn’t care to provide quality customer service nor for my time ! After wasting so much time, she called the manager and I was routed to the jewellery department which took only 5 minutes. When I spoke to the manager and it was confirmed that she was new and wasn’t trained on online returns as yet.

Had the worst experience with Asma
The lady was so arrogant and had no respect to the customers I believe she needs to get some service training i had bought a watch and had some issue with the account for the points she made the huge fuss about it and didn’t even waited for me to check the points account even though there was no lineup or people waiting
I wish i could even give her negative rating

Today I had very bad service here. In this cashier station, male and female cashiers are very lazy and rude, don’t want to help customer for simple things. And discuss customers behind. Made customers upset, I like The Bay. Also I had very nice services before in another section here. But this section is the worst in this location. I wish there was below zero stars. If this the Bay is closed, it was because of all these employees’ laziness and rudeness. They thought they worked there for a while can do anything that they want. Feel sad for this company.

Salema, in lingerie at Fairview Mall location, was awesome today (July 7). She was responsive and knowledgeable. I really appreciated her help!
It's awful that the elevator in this store has not functioned since mid-March. People who use walkers or wheelchairs can't get to the second floor. Come on management, get it fixed.
