The staff is frequently described as amazing, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and responsive, providing great service and guidance. Many associates are noted for their excellent salesmanship, helping customers find exactly what they need, sometimes offering free samples. However, the store, particularly the Fairview location, faces significant issues. The second floor seems largely neglected, and maintenance problems are persistent. The elevator has been broken for months, preventing access for those using walkers or wheelchairs. Escalators do not work, and the air conditioning is sparse. The store often feels too empty, with not many sales associates around, which can lead to waiting or being transferred around. While the service from individual staff can be excellent, the overall physical condition of the store feels far from excellent and in a downward trend.
