I bought a couch and now the store owner David is not responding to calls, emails. The couch’s leg broke within a month. I reported it to him since it’s under warranty but he is always trying to just avoid the calls. I think all us consumers should take joint legal action against this company. Wasting so much of money for what!

Went to the store on Wednesday, it was closed and asked to visit the store on Sunday. Over the phone he asked to send the picture of your desired piece of sofa so he will match the price however upon following multiple times - the guy is not responding.
Totally waste of time. Purchased from other store.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and concern regarding the double size bed I purchased for my child. Despite my child weighing less than 45kg,but it has proven to be of poor quality as the spine pillar has become deformed within less than a month of use. This deformation has resulted in disturbing noises and, more importantly, it has had a detrimental impact on my child's skeletal structure, causing deformation. This situation is alarming and unacceptable, as it directly affects my child's well-being and comfort while sleeping. I kindly request that you take this matter seriously and promptly address the issue by providing a solution or a replacement for this defective bed. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.\nI no longer have the installation guide photos, but I do have pictures showing the quality issue with the bed. If the faulty part is already nailed onto the bed frame, removing it could potentially damage the entire structure given the quality concerns with the bed. It might lead to further damage to the frame or compromise its stability. It's advisable to explore alternative repair methods or seek advice from a professional to assess the situation and suggest solutions, in order to prevent additional damage.

If you are like me found ads on Little Red Book app of this store, please don’t be fool by its cheap price. The owner never keeps promise to delivery product and I had very hard time to chase my deposit back. Stay away liar!
