They took my scooter in for repair and gave me a different seat now I can't ride my mobility scooter so me can't walk now I have no ride because they took my seat and gave someone else's seat now I can't leave my house very bad

Thanks so much to Mark (Barrie office) & Mike (Toronto office) from HME for the amazing, fast service getting a hospital bed & wheelchair organized for my Dad. Their supreme patience with this stressed out Caregiver made everything so much easier!

These guys are honestly terrible. My mom had a walker that fell apart while in use after 2 years and almost led to serious injuries. Happened under the supervision of a physiotherapist who recommended them and then contacted them about it. Super nonchalant attitude, nickel and diming, and non-empathetic responses were quite something. We went to another place (first choice) and had an entirely different experience that was very positive. They replaced defective part, which was $6 for free. HME wanted about $150 in labor to replace, and to send a loaner so my mom had something for the weekend they pushed for a $225 same-day delivery charge. Will certainly never use them and would recommend people stay away from them. There are much more customer oriented companies out there.

I saw Larry for a service call and he was prompt friendly and fixed my chair. I was an idiot and called for help a second time when no repairs were required but you/he came and accepted my sincere apology for MY error and I thank you very much. Patricia Slyne

We have had a fantastic experience with HME and Mark. He helped us with finding the best wheelchair for my Dad and he went above and beyond when it came to finding the perfect cushion. We would definitely recommend HME Barrie.

Please read the 1 star reviews, they are there for a reason. Attempting to get these fraudsters on the Government's list on the Assisted Devices Program. Zero Service, not just to clients but official government therapists as well.

Have called 4 times over two days to buy their products that have already been quoted to me. No one has bothered to call me back. It’s a wonder they’re still in business. Not a problem. I can call their competitors.

As a parent of a special.needs child you want the best and the safest for your kid. I waited until my son turned older to buy a tricycle for him. $5049 os almost a price of a car. You expect quality at least. Well, i can garante is not the case with this company. They say 1 year warranty but their service it is so slow to get back to you that almost looks like they do that in purpose. The bike is not safe for riding, even the sales rep. Mentioned that the chair was not properly fixed. All I can say stay away from them!!!! S uper expensive for something that it is not delivered. And you are right.... It is a $5000 bike...not motorized in case you wonder

Needed a tilt wheelchair with a roho seat (air seat cushion) had 2 months when cushion deflated (hole) had exceptional service to get a new one. Especially from Steve Longo.
