A fabulous hot stone massage by Jennifer at the Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa at Bayview Village area. Suffering from a huge injury and Jennifer was caring and careful in her treatment. I love Hand and Stone. From the time you book, their client service is amazing.

Needed a self-care day and booked an appointment same-day for the afternoon. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, offered water before my session and then had an amazing, relaxing massage. Shout out to Sharon and will definitely be coming back.

Came in for emergency massage as I could not get muscles to release in my shoulders and upper back. Adam was fantastic and got the knots out and big relief for my shoulders. Afterwards he spent some time to show me exercises to stretch the shoulder, traps and rotator cuffs.

I have been going to Hand & Stone for a few years now for massages and facials. Upon every visit, I felt relaxed and refreshed. My last RMT appointments have been with Adam have been amazing. He is highly experienced in his craft while providing additional stretching tips for daily function.

I got my massage done by Jennifer today and I can’t explain how ease my body feels after the care. Jennifer was proficient and very thorough with my tensed areas during the whole 50 minute session. I would definitely comeback for another one soon!

Had a wonderful massage by Lisa yesterday. Honestly, all my massages have beenwonderful by all their RMT’s! My only complaint is that the prices have gone up again!

Hand&Stone is an amazing place: clean, professional and kind. The receptionist was polite and attentive to details. Kim gave me an excellent RMT massage! She went deep into the muscle tissue while stretching me. Kim listened me attentively to my needs and responded with care and targeted my problem areas effectively. Head massage - it's a heaven! I look forward to going back regularly.
