This Habitat Restore in East York is a real treasure in the neighbourhood. You can find furniture, building materials, electrical appliances, doors n windows, carpets,etc, etc at a great price without the tax. Sometimes you can find brand new items or store display items and barely used ones as well. Store manager Martin and his staff are very helpful and friendly and willing to go out of their way help out customers with a welcoming smile always. I always feel great shopping here knowing that the funds are going to support housing projects. I have found some really great items at this Restore at a great price and always a fantastic shopping experience. Thanks Martin and your staff for a wonderful service always.

Great service and store looks amazing for a restore. There must be a change in Mgt as the store gets a fresh new change every few weeks. Staff( males) and Mgt are friendly and go out of their way to help customers. Good prices and service. Beats shopping at the competition. Have been shopping at this location for many years and it has changed for the better. Thank you Habitat for helping everyone.

I donated some items to the Bermondsey location, and I was treated very poorly because I did not make an appointment. I do respect that they have a process for receiving items, but I was unaware and I've donated to other locations without this requirement. These things happen. I don't think it's professional or mature to patronize and be condescending to someone, period, but certainly not when they are making a charitable donation to your organization. I hope this behaviour is corrected, and those responsible for receiving donations are made aware that it damages your reputation.

We had several items to donate and it wasn’t very time consuming to complete. We filled out the form and put our items on a cart. We also ended up finding a lamp! The person at the cash was super friendly and bubbly. Great transaction!

Easy process ordering online and pick up was a breeze. I’m grateful to the staff for helping me load my item into my trunk.Bigger than studio location. Lots of nice pieces.

This place, like many other locations, have raised their prices... These items are donated and resold, how can they price these items so high? When items are unlabeled, and a reasonable price is offered, I was told "no, this is the price $$, the sticker keeps coming off"Brutal.

ALEX front desk person , he's always sitting over there but never helps any customers he doesn't come with you to see any item if we want to buy, he's totally non-cooperative. This is an organization store but he behaves he owns the store. He has bad attitude thought we have donated lots of stuff & frequent buyer. Because of him we have stopped shopping at this place.
