Attended at GTA Transmission and had an inspection done on my transmission. There were other issues I wanted addressed as well. Derrick determined that there wasn’t a problem with my transmission and he promptly referred me to another garage across the way better suited to what I needed to be done. What honesty and integrity! I haven’t experienced that in a long time. I would highly recommend Derrick and his company. Makes me feel good about people again.

Do not trust these people, I was told to tow my vehicle to their location via their tow truck. They left my vehicle out overnight and had my cats cut out. And then claimed they had nothing to do with it, upon further inspection they were cut off using a torch. And they had the audacity to tell me some one crawled under my vehicle and cut them. Which upon further inspection a clean torch is impossible to be done by just crawling under a vehicle. Then had the audacity to charge me for new cats.Long story short, do not trust these people when told to drop your vehicle overnight

0/10 service. The car is still not fixed! Kept telling us we cannot test drive the car before taking it home. This is isn’t the place you want to go to get your transmission fixed or replaced.

Excellent and speedy service! I have a 2015 Ford Focus and my clutch got destroyed. Ford told me they wouldn't be able to get me in for a month and a half. GTA Transmission Repair Corp. got me in that same day. They were able to diagnose and repair my issue within a week, even taking into account my need to have my car back before the weekend.
Best auto repair experience I have ever had. If you have transmission issues, GTA Transmission Repair Corp. should be your first call!

Hi everyone!
We have a 2002 Honda Odyssey with only 171,500 kms. However, the transmission gradually gave out earlier in 2024.
We found a very good recommendation on the ‘Honda Odyssey Forum’ for GTA Transmission.
Well, I called and spoke with Alessandra who is not only really knowledgeable in this work but also so very helpful and nice.
The van was booked in for a diagnostic and Derrick quickly got back to me, with a quote and giving me a full run down on the issue. He is extremely qualified in his field. There was no doubt in my mind that these are the people I want to deal with!!
The transmission re-build was done promptly and at less cost than other bigger shops.
Derrick, Alessandra and their tech are THE people to go to if you need transmission work done!!????

They where able to quickly diagnose my transmission electrical issues and get my car working as it should in two days. Great customer service, and they were very efficient with the service. I had several questions and they were willing to answer them all which gave me confidence in my decision to go with them to rebuild a transmission.
