On Saturday February 10, 2024, I went to the 901 Sheppard Ave W location to get a new battery which I learned they do after calling them that morning. My wait was short and the change was quick and efficient. Then my car wouldn't start. Battery install was perfect. Going well above all customer service standards, Asst Mgr Rovin Mohabir suggested I sit in the waiting room while he finished with another customer's head light and then he would look at my ignition (which was the source of the issue). After several minutes, he was able to get my car started by patiently working the key in the ignition (yes, an older car). I was elated...fantastic service from Rovin !! and of course, his team !! PS - Later that week I had the ignition fixed. Good to go with the newly installed battery !

Rovin (the manager) and his staff are very professional and courteous.I came in with my vehicle for a standard oil change, and although recommendations were made of services that were needed within a short time period, there was no pressure to purchase from them.That is customer service to me - a friendly face, suggestions, but ultimately giving me the service I need at that time.Will definitely be going back to service my vehicle for oil changes and minor requirements (air filter, etc)

I was a first-time customer today with my 11 year old kia. Great customer service, very professional, thorough and fast. My daughter was in the backseat and we both enjoyed watching everything happen and talking to the friendly staff. I highly recommend this place.

Great service. Very efficient. In addition to the oil change, they noticed two brake lights that were out and replaced them in minutes. Very helpful all around and there was a great collaborative team approach.

He demonstrated expertise and he was thorough and efficient, as he took the time to explain the entire service to me. I appreciate the work done by Michael. Just went here for the first time to get my oil changed and I was super impressed with the customer service! It was very quick, only 10 minutes and I didn't even have to get out of my car. Shiva and Tyler took care of me and even topped off my tire air pressure and cleaned my windshield free of charge and without me even asking. Price is very reasonable too. I highly recommend to anyone, and I will be back here for my next oil change.Services: Tires

First time going to this place as my usual mechanic wasn't available for a last minute oil change (serves me right for waiting for the last min) came across this spot and wow I was impressed! Was in and out in about 10 mins and their team was very efficient and provided great feedback on what else I needed to maintain in my vehicle. You can tell they care about their clients. Great customer service, I'll be back for the next oil change
