I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Miss Andrea while shopping for a T-shirt and a pair of shoes, and I can confidently say that her service exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked into the store (or started my shopping experience, if it was online), Miss Andrea was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive to what I was looking for.
What really stood out about Andrea was her genuine interest in helping me find exactly what I needed. She took the time to understand my preferences, style, and even the purpose behind the purchase. Whether it was asking the right questions or suggesting a few options I hadn’t considered, her product knowledge and customer-first approach made a big difference.
When it came to the T-shirt, she helped me find the perfect fit and material—something comfortable, stylish, and just right for my taste. And with the shoes, she was especially patient. I had a few specific needs in terms of size and comfort, and she went out of her way to make sure I tried on different styles, walked around in them, and felt totally confident in my choice.
Andrea’s attitude throughout was professional, kind, and absolutely focused on making sure I left satisfied. She never rushed me, and her helpful suggestions were spot-on without ever being pushy.
Thanks to her, I ended up with a T-shirt and shoes that I absolutely love—and more importantly, I had a stress-free and even enjoyable shopping experience.
If every store had someone like Miss Andrea, shopping would be a lot more enjoyable for everyone. She truly represents the best in customer service. Thank you, Andrea, for your help—you made a big difference!

Noimat, was fantastic, she really helped me with explanations about the technology and to find out about the right shoes for my need. Also the manager was really helpful. In general the Geox Bayview Village Team is awesome! Thumbs up 👍

The staff went above and beyond. We were helped by a staff member, I think her name was “Roya”. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, professional, honest, and patient. She made the process very convenient and reassuring. Everything was superb.

We went to Geox over Boxing Day and while they were very busy, shiva a sales rep, was so helpful. She went above and beyond helping my husband and I to find the right size and product. She was super informative and knowledgeable. Great service!

My favorite Geox store is at Bayview Village. I go there all the time because of their excellent customers service. I applaud the staffs their passionate, products knowledge, especially their friendly manner make me feel so comfortable and if I need a pair of shoes I always come to Geox at Bayview and they're an great asset to the company

I went in to return a pair of shoes I bought online that didn't fit. The staff all seemed like they were deers in headlights and didn't know what to do with me. They got the manager who's only question to me quite rudely at that was 'where's the box'(as in the box the shoes came in). Everything was there. No 'hi how are you', no 'is there anything else we can offer'. Then she walked away. It was as if she thought I cobbled the shoes myself in my garage and tried to return them. A simple smile, how are you or anything would have made this a better experience. In the times that we live in, kindness goes a long way.

We are really happy with our new shoes we bought at GEOX store yesterday. The quality of the shoes is excellent and they fit perfectly after the first fitting. We want to note that we were provided with exceptional customer service at that time, all team was excellent, specifically I'd like to thanks Alessia, who demonstrated the highest level of organizational skills and business ethic and Dhurata, who responded in prompt and really professional way to all our requests and to our choices of the shoes. Highly recommended!
