I had met Hammad after almost 20 years at my cousins funeral last week. I got to know about his shop and bought my car in for a second look after one mechanic quoted me almost a thousand dollar to replace the control arm, which was 3 week in back order. They raised the car up and noticed some screws were missing then replaced it and after a second test drive, the sound was still there. Hammad made sure the car was raised up again and after multiple tests, they found the issue was the backing plate which they put it in place. After the final test drive, the sound was gone and fixed. While I was waiting for the car to be fixed, being on a Friday I was worrying about if I was going to catch the prayer on time. Hammad had his brother Talha take me to the Friday prayer which I would have otherwise missed. I saved more than 2 thousand dollars easily if I had to get a rental for 2-3 weeks and pay for the parts that the other shop had recommended. I was very happy that I met Hammad last week. His staff is also extremely professional as they had called and left a text message that the car was ready for pick up while I stepped away from the shop. Not only that after spending half the day on my car, they did not let me pay even though I insisted. I have decided to make the switch and from now on will only come here for all my repairs and will also start doing my car maintenance services as well. This is the most honest place and professional who does their work really well.

They don't return phone calls. I called and gave information to get a quote. No one called me back. I called several days later to follow up and no one answered the phone. I left a message and never heard back. Don't waste your time with a business that doesn't follow up with customers

Needed a glass replacement for my 18 year old car - they were able to track down the hard to find part for dramatically less than other shops, and got it installed very quickly for me. Amazing service and support - I strongly recommend this place!

A fantastic and superior experience with the team at General Tech Automotive…each…and…every..time…,The genuine and authentic service, friendly and approachable environment, people centric leadership and thorough commitment to elevated standards has made this my go to place to take my car. Won’t go anywhere else, it just isn’t and won’t ever be an option. Never had such honest, and trustworthy interactions - and when it comes to something as expensive as a car, this is crucial. I have full trust leaving my car with this team. I never worry.
Ps it has an awesome waiting area!! I’ve camped out there for 4 hours once because it has everything I need to shut off - coffee, a beautiful aquarium and a TV. Easy to forget where you are…
