Quality of their products is a massive joke and they don’t do repairs or stand by their quality. Basically a massive ripoff for $325. Don’t buy their shoes. I’ve worn these less than 20 times. Had $50 Nikes last me 5 years.

The customer service here is not good. I was just trying to take a picture of the tag so I could look up the item but the older sales associate stopped me and wouldn't allow me explain what I was doing and gave me attitude. She said I could only take a picture of the qr code and not the barcode with no explanation as to why. It was not even my intention which she didn't even bother to listen too. What am l going to do with a barcode? If it's not allowed to take pictures then make a sign. The younger sales associate that actually helped me out was helpful. However I would not recommend going in store to purchase.

I’m extremely happy and satisfied with my experience there, they have amazing customer service specially Tina, she patiently helped me finding the right fit and style while not making me uncomfortable and being pushy like many other stores, love her energy. She went above and beyond.

I’m not very happy with the customer service here. I returned an item more than two weeks ago. First, they didn’t let me return the second item because when I arrived at the store and pulled it out of the bag it got caught by another item and the tag came off. I asked for consideration and ask to wait until they speak to a manager. I waited for days, NO call, NO email (when they promised to email me). It wasn’t until I called the store when they started to act on it and It seemed like they never even brought up the issue to their manager yet. I was already frustrated with how they handled it but I accepted their decision at the end because It was a waste of time. Additionally, for the item that I was able return, the refund hasn’t been back on my card yet and it has already been more than 2 weeks since then. I tried calling them multiple times, NO ONE ever picks up the phone.Needless to say the brand is great, clothes are cute, but I won’t recommend shopping here if you’re looking for good customer service and are unsure about your purchase.
