Something changed here management wise because while the regular employees are usually helpful, it seems they’re changing trade in promos so that’s many of them are for preorders only even when it doesn’t state that in the fine print.
I also had credit left over from a trade I made in store and again I was told it needed to be put toward a preorder. It seems like they’re trying to boost in store metrics over what customers actually want. I used to come here a lot and while there’s still decent selection, that has turned me off.

I’d like to give a 10-star review for Bill and Jonathan’s outstanding customer service and product knowledge! I used to work in the mall and, honestly, hadn’t had the best experience with this location in the past, but Bill and Jonathan completely changed that. They were so patient and helpful in finding the perfect gift for my partner. Their positive energy, warm smiles, and genuine enthusiasm made the experience amazing. I’ll definitely continue coming back to shop here because of them!

I’m deeply disappointed by the way one of the staff members treated a person with disabilities during my recent visit (7th Nov around noon). The male employee spoke in an extremely rude and dismissive manner, showing a complete lack of respect, patience, and compassion. It was uncomfortable and upsetting to witness.
No one — especially someone with disabilities — should ever be treated that way. Staff should receive proper training on empathy, communication, and inclusion. I truly hope management addresses this issue immediately so that others don’t experience the same disrespect in the future.

Pay attention to the recent negative reviews. They’re true. I went here yesterday.
I was the only person in line.
The person who handled cash was kind and friendly. While waiting for the transaction to finish, I asked if a physical copy of a game I was interested in was available & their co-worker(the nice cashier) asked the two gentlemen behind counter if the game was available.
Instead of choosing to be kind or even neutral, they both gave judgemental looks, shook their head, and just said “No.” and immediately went back to their conversation. No follow up, no acknowledgment even for their co-worker. No effort in checking the computer, no effort in checking the back, and even they knew for at fact it wasn’t available, why treat someone who is clearly making a payment with such distain?
After reading the other reviews, it is clear they do not care about how they treat people. I hope the kind cashier is well appreciated. I appreciated their kindness during an unpleasant experience.

Coming here reminded me why purchasing digital and via online retailers is a far better experience. Every opportunity the staff got to undercut, interrupt and attempt to make you feel as if you are unintelligent, they’d take it.
Not to mention the horrible trade in policy and every attempt to start an argument over $4. Even the person cashing me out acknowledged “I’m really sorry for making this a difficult experience” lol.
What a joke of an entire brand and company.

Never any issues going there, decent stock of items, been able to grab what I need and it's relatively close to work, also, right at yorkdales subway entrance so getting home is a breeze

I go to this Subway very often and the girl serving me is Jhanui, she is very fast, nice and helpful. If you are in this area, come by, the place is clean and inviting.
