“The Chair King is well named and Marco is definitely the King! We had been looking for dining chairs and swivel bar stools for a number of years. This past summer while in Toronto we were determined to find the right Chairs and stools. By chance we found The Chair King and it was our first and only stop! Marco was so fabulous to work with and the quality of the product offered and his excellent workmanship is unparalleled! We had a wide variety of material to choose from and a wide variety of chairs and stools. Marco provided advice but was never trying to push a sale. Once all was decided Marco went to work and the timeline he gave was the timeline of delivery! Marco was always just a phone call away and he gave us plenty of updates. We had to get the chairs and stools shipped and Marco’s packaging was amazing— not one thing was damaged or scratched ( and it went across the country!). Would I go to The Chair King again? It’s the only place I would go! Would I recommend Marco and his work? — far and wide! We are so happy with our chairs and stools and the whole experience!! Thank you Marco!”

“I can’t say enough about Ard’s customer service! We bought a sectional sofa and two chairs from them 6 years ago and they are all still in perfect condition. This year we used their cleaning and storage service for our cushions. When they were returned we thought we were short a cushion. When we told them they immediately ordered another one for us which they delivered in less than a week. It turned out that the cushion had fallen behind the sofa so we called to tell them and offered to pay them for it. They told us it wasn’t necessary- Very impressive!!!!!”

“We went to a bunch of furniture stores a few days ago. We went to the Brick, Leon's some privately owned places and Arrow furniture store. We are looking for some specific pieces. We found something we need at each place. But the best experience we had was at Arrow furniture. The girl that helped us , her name was Huvie. She was so nice , very willing to help and show around , recommended other items. Which I absolutely fell in love with. Great customer service provided by her. I highly recommend this location for whatever you may need furniture or appliances. Go there and ask for her !! She is a very young and willing to help ,she is energetic, enthusiastic woman she will help you out!!! You will be happy , I guarantee you will find whatever you need .”

It was packed very well and just arrived (March). I will put table together in May but so far, so good! So glad I invested in good quality furniture that is rust-proof! But even more impressive is their service level which has been nothing short of stellar. Antar has been working with us for two weeks on configuring and selecting furniture pieces for our new living space. Anyone who's gone through the process of selecting sofa configurations and then fabrics knows how daunting the task can be. But we immediately felt at ease with her and were guided appropriately. After her consultation it became clear that the sofa they had on the floor wouldn't be an ideal fit in our space despite us falling in love with it- any other salesperson would have told us to go ahead with it. We are now in the process of finalizing our custom order from Saba - and despite our numerous questions about fabrics and colours, Antar and team continue to be gracious with their expertise.
