My/our experience with Framemakers International has been excruciatingly painful, one of the worst buying experiences I/we have had. The person I dealt with, which I will not name, has absolutely no (self admittedly) communication skills and really does not seem to care one bit. We were sent a canvas Giclee with a fairly large and very noticeable crease right in the middle of the artwork, he blamed it on it being fed off the printer onto the floor during a night run. It was also damaged at one of the ends from the way it was packed. It was suggested to spray water onto the crease from the back when stretching it onto a frame.(Really?) The (experienced) framer we used would not take responsibility for such a procedure. Frankly, why should we need to do this? Just give us what we paid for which was not an insignificant amount. (40" x 50" unstretched giclee canvas)After several follow ups and inquiries over about three weeks that went unanswered the replacement that was shipped to us was completely pixelated, like a garbled TV signal. It was blatantly obvious that there could have been any way that it was looked over or had even been glanced at before rolling it up before put into the shipping tube. When I personally brought it back and we compared it to the first canvas print he saw the major pixelation and said it must have been a corrupt file. Not one admission of fault or even anything close to an apology for your trouble of driving an hour and a half to bring it to Framemakers to plead my case and compare against the first print. It took from Aug.11th/2023 when we placed our order to October 7th/2023 to finally receive what we paid for. I would highly recommend doing yourself a favour and going elsewhere when looking for a company for a quality print/Giclee. Since dealing with Framemakers International I have found another company that actually cares about the product they produce. They communicate with their customers and genuinely want to provide a pleasant buying experience and at less expense. I have provided a couple of pictures although they do not properly convey the damage and inferior quality that we received.

Best framework around. I recommend asking an employee named Chris to pick out a frame for you that guy knows his stuff.

SUPERB QUALITY & SERVICE. I just had a Custom Framed Autographed Hockey Jersey done for a Charity Auction and these Frame Makers nailed it! IT WAS A BEAUTY! It had a 3-D effect to it, bringing it to life and it raised 4x its Value due to the Framing. TOP QUALITY. Thank you Very Much Frame Makers International. For Precise Quality Work..Go See These Guys! I even had three personal prints for myself done and they are gorgeous. 5+ Stars!

Frame Makers used to be great, but their quality of work and their customer service are not what they used to be.
