Changing my review as I had a great experience dealing with these guys.I will say still annoying how fast their stock moves but is what it is.Decent frags.I ordered 10 they came packed perfect and all were healthy.I will say I little small but quality frags.I recommend this place.

Frag box is #1 had nothing but good experience with them and they make good on their arive alive policy had one delayed package due to weather and they replaced it at cost. Very good company highly recommend!

I am new to the hobby and found Fragbox and Reef Casa while I was researching my first tank. From the onset their customer service has been amazing. They are helpful, knowledgeable and FragboxTV is a must to watch! I live on the West Coast and could shop local, however, I will continually choose to give Fragbox my business simply because of their amazing customer service, great selection and honest opinion on products. Keep showing the good, the bad and the ugly, it’s is appreciated! :)

What can ya say about Fragbox. But 100 percent amazing. Nobody can touch his.guarantee. 7 days totally crazy unless you can back it up and March and Tia do that. Must see and must check it out. I have seen some fancy corals but Fragbox takes it one step higher.

The store was amazing! Their corals were beautiful, and the customer service was friendly. I highly recommend them. They even gave my son a Fragbox hat for watching their YouTube channel.

Lots of choice, friendly help, comparative prices and very clean systems, the latter being most important.The frags I have purchased have been well taken care of and free of pests.Good team here, clearly know what they are doing.UpdateThese “guys” are the real deal.The invest themselves into all they do.I find prices are reasonable here and everything is priced.March (and now Tia) run a daily you tube video which is both fun and informational.

Overall a great experience. Called to say I was going to reach a little later than closing and the employee assured me that my product would still be able to be picked up when I called. Upon arrival the transaction was quick and easy. Dylan the employee, answered all my questions and even let me take a walk around the store despite technically being closed. Worth the over 2 hour drive!

Very clean store. Corals are gorgeous. They have a great selection of clean up crew. From beginners to pros, they will have what you need. But most of all, their customer service is really good. You can tell they actually care about their customers and not just trying to make a sale. Recommend 100%

Just came in for the first time yesterday and I must say I’m absolutely amazed at the quality of their livestock and corals. All of the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, great pricing and great customer service. 10/10 experience I will definitely be coming here on a regular.

It's been almost 10 years (July 2014) since I first ordered from Fragbox, back when March was the only one answering emails. He took amazing care of me then and since. Great corals, great prices. I guess it's time to order again...
