0 stars if I could. My fiancée just came back and was so torn up. He went to go get me some snacks and was racially profiled by the man at self checkout. He thought he was stealing, and even after he saw that everything was scanned in, he called security. The manager witnessed this, asked my fiancée to empty his pockets, and my fiancée refused to save a little dignity. Security came and apologized because he clearly was not stealing, but there was absolutely no remorse from the employee or manager. Never ever shopping here again. I urge you all to boycott this racist location.

The pizza and bread at this North York Fortinos are out of this world! My absolute fave. Always impressed by the high quality and delicious taste, as well as the top-notch customer service.

Fortinos fails to enforce the express isles. When I have 3 items and people are being allowed to make 30+ purchases it's a problem. They literally split the order in two to accommodate them. Thanks Fortinos!
