They repaired by 2017 Audi A6 after I was rear ended on the 401, and they did an excellent job. At the same time, they also took care of a cracked windshield, and sent the car next door to Midas for a brake job. They coordinated all this for me and all work was excellent. Furthermore, another small problem arose and I took the car in, and they fixed it in a few minutes and didn't charge me! I am very pleased with the work and customer service.

Been to forest hill auto body twice. First time wasn’t great, and wasn’t bad but the latest time was an absolute nightmare. Took them nearly 2 months to get back to me about an insurance claim. One of the employees named Benny helped me on both occasions. I get the feeling that preferential treatment is given based on how much they’re making off of you.Service: Body & Trim

Forest Hill Auto Body fixed my 2022 Lexus which had damages to the rear and they did an exceptional job. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the staff were professional and very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.Services: Exhaust

I believe without mistake that this’s the worst auto body, my car was hit in two parts and a month later (too long) they tell me that it’s ready but they only repaired one of the hits, initially the manager claimed to have repaired it until he accepted then and he tells me that he’s going to change my bumper, we'll see. also when reviewing the bill; they overcharge a lot of things they didn't do to the car. Incredible how they steal from insurers and therefore the high insurance costs for us. for no reason allow your insurer to send the car to this auto body, it's the worst ????????????????

** *** ** **** **** ***** So I was sent there by my insurance to repair a little damage that I had, they did a pretty good job but things went missing from my car (wheel lock+ personal items) when you try to get in touch with the owner he will just blow you off for a few weeks until someone else will talk to you on his behalf (you have to keep calling they won't call you back) apparently when you leave your car at their place it's expected and approved by them that someone will probably break in to your car and steal things they won't take any responsibility what so ever, apperently I wasn't even the first person it happened too *** **** ***** **** * ****. *********** * ******** ******* ******* **** *** **** ** *** *** **** ***** *** ***** ** my car locks automatically when you move away from it and they promised that all of the keys are secured when they lock for the night... Some P.O.S. keyed my almost new truck, took it to Forest Hill Autobody, they said they would do their best to fix it. the best they could do was absolutely perfect!!! Benny and his team could not have been more helpful. ( btw the price was very very reasonable)highly recommend this place

I visited Forest Hill Auto Boy as it was one of the suggested body shops by my insurance company. I was greeted by a gentleman that seemed to have no time to interact with customers, he was visibly annoyed at having to exit the body shop to come look at my vehicle. He was not forth coming with any time lines and did not take any pictures of the damage. I was quite put-off by the experience overall. I cannot comment on the quality of their work simply the customer service experience as I chose not to leave my vehicle with them.

Was not a customer. But I did go in for a quote on my Honda Fit, had damage to the rear of my car. I also got it quoted at two other places within 2km of this place and both were significantly cheaper. I ended up going with this other place and I was able to fix the rear and another part that I had been neglecting, for cheaper than Foresthill Auto repair quoted me for the one repair!Got my car back a while ago and it still looks perfect.Not saying don't go here, but definitely check around for a better price first.
