Had a great experience so far with these guys will update in the near future. Thanks to Dani and Jen these guys sat me in a nice Audi A5 took a little bit to get it but that's only cuz Dani went up and beyond to find me a better deal. Go see Dani he's a great guy who will help you the best he can. He also did give some new replacement parts with was very nice before picking up the vehicle. The ride is very nice so far no issues with the car will update in near future.
Update. Dani has been true to his word little issue appears and he fixes it he is a good honest guy

Dani will forever be my favorite Financial manager and professional to ever meet, he is honest, friendly and helps you until the very end without leaving any details out, he always uses his knowledge to best assist and inform you of what to do, he got us approved and driving in less then a week! What a wonderful experience in purchasing my first car. Big thanks to Dani Matar, He got me approved and educated me about my credit and how to keep it high and in good standings.
When I submitted my application online, I got contacted by a couple of finance managers and Dani was the only one who got me approved $0 down and by myself while all the others were asking for a huge downpayment or a co-signer. He was patient with me and explained every step of the way.
Thank you so much Dani Matar, I will RECOMMEND all my family and friends and every person looking for a car to you. I will definitely come back to upgrade my vehicle thank you.??

Favorit motors is a total and complete scam business. I bought a car from them two years ago and from that time to this time the transmission has been missing. Also, quite by accident I discovered how many fees they charge which are not mandatory fees but which they pass off as that. I was buying a new car and registering the old one at Service Ontario is where I discovered how many wrong doings this company is unleqshing on the public. Their pricing is NOT all in but even if it was, this company would still find a way to be dishonest. They charge 899 for a safety! And then although not advertised they add HST to it. When you ask them to provide the documentation or why it is nearly 1000 for a safety they of course cannot. Their documentation/finance fee is a whopping $ 1499! That is on top or what they collect for finance fees from the bank. They charge 300 for a new license and 199 for a transfer. Illegal again because they are not to collect more than it costs to do this at ServiceOntario. My money for the first car is dead. When I found out all of these underhanded things and asked to have them addressed Favorit canceled the entire new deal. I had paid my deposit by e transfer and now all of a sudden they are making me wait to return my deposit. They also did not want to return the licence portion of my registration. You canceled a deal. I should have my money and documents right away. A full set of bullies. The things that this company is doing are unbelievable and when you raise issues they all shout at you and then make it seem like you are badgering them. Please read all the one star reviews here and see that there is a clear pattern. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Horribly unsavory bunch.

Get your car at favorit motors. I worked with Jason and he was genuine with me throughout, towards confidently getting my 1st car. Their process is solid, and the way the coworkers would work together in assisting eachother was very smooth. Alex was very significant in closing it out. I appreciate the whole crews help and would recommend buying from here!

To potential buyers; and anyone who wants an honest review of my experience as a customer.
I recently purchased a GLE53 from Favorit Motors. Jason helped me look at the car and negotiated the deal with me. I traded in another vehicle and was happy with the trade in value they gave me. (GLC43). 5/5
Alex helped to finalize all the financials and paperwork necessary to get me out the door with the car in the condition that I had agreed to in the deal. 5/5
The front bumper was fixed from stone chips, all four rims refinished, and a minor dent even pulled out the side back door. I wasn’t expecting them to actually do everything. However, they did and went above and beyond in how they followed through on their word. 5/5
I knew exactly what I wanted and they gave me a great deal on a car where there wasn’t 100 issues after the fact. I took it to my personal shop and they said the cars mint; perhaps change front pads and rotors. I called Jason to set an appointment, and they serviced the car without any hassle. (They handled this extremely well !) 5/5
For context the shop that I took the car to is the same shop that services all my other cars. Including a S, C and another GLE. This was not a situation where they tried to get away with issues that a customer would not find out about. I respect the integrity of both Jason and Alex.
My overall experience is 5/5
I’m happy with how they treated me and well be back for business in the future.
