It's a very compact gas station and gets the job done. The location is right beside Yonge street which is quite convenient.Although, there were some problems that were present. One thing was that on the outside it is advertised that there is a Tim Horton's on the inside but there is only a coffee maker and a few pastries inside, not that extensive which is quite fair since the space is limited but a more accurate advertising would be appreciated to make sure no one wastes their time.Last but not least, the pricing isnt that ideal on the products inside the convenience store. The staff's attitude and professionalism could also improve.

I went to this place on a weekday morning, saw a tim Hortons sign and figured why not? Bad idea. No snacks from Tim Hortons at all, just basic gas station pastries. Decided to try a honey bun as it's been a while. Got to the register... Give me $75 bucks on pump whatever, total was $80. 5 dollars for a honey bun? That's ridiculous I'm out of here, forget the gas. A message to the owner... Reconsider your pricing and maybe people will complete their purchases.

I got in Toronto from Dubai in March 2023. I had a bag with my passport and all my cash for my trip in it.By accident, I forgot my bag at the 5571 Yonge St gas station.After two days of looking around for it, I went back to the station and they gave me the bag back in the exact same condition and with all my money and documents.

Friday March 24th, 2023, I visited the this Esso gas station.I'm standing in line waiting pay for gas and I noticed that a customer is being spoken to by the manager in asarcastic tone from behind the counter. When it's my turn to pay for my gas the manager starts doing the same thing to me.He asked me if I want to get lottery tickets and I said no just gas.Then he asked me a second time, and says: it's up to 50 million, he says. I say no thank you.Then in a sarcastic tone he says, out loud so everyone can hear, I guess he doesn't want it.This guy does not understand what customer service is and he was training an employee at the same time, bad example.What's this guy's problem?I will also be reaching out to Esso head office to complain about his bad conduct as a manager.The more you expose people's bad conduct the less of ignorant they'll act, especially when a major corporation is watching these reviews. They don't want their brand to be damaged by guy's like this.
