Didn't expect very poor customer service from "sunita " few days ago.I was the ONLY one in the store ,BTW.This past Monday around noon.As I was kindly explaining my mom's health issues in relation to her feet swelling and needed some time to compare the different sizes for the "cosmo 2 strap shoe"in order to make a perfect purchase.Sunita in turn displays an attitude, lack of concern,no patience and even after telling her to please understand my mom's issues she became increasingly more fed up and rude.She showed no remorse, I don't even get thank you for shopping with ecco or have a nice day...If time was on my side, I would have left to purchase elsewhere in the mall.

Her dedication to giving me awesome customer service was evident as she listened to my preferences and helped me find the perfect pair of shoes. I love Ecco shoes they have lasted me many years. I just bought 2 new pairs with the help of a lovely associate named Aneesa, she was very kind and patient and helped me pick out my new 2 perfect shoes! Great customer service and highly knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning with my husband to purchase a new pair for him as well. Thanks Ecco!

I was in this location looking to purchase a few items on dec 19th @7pm when I encountered an indian employee (would not give his name after) who was one of the rudest retail associates I have ever encountered, he spoke very unprofessionally and in a rude manner while also tossing the products I wanted at me rather than handing them to me. I will never shop here again and will advise all others to do the same. DO NOT SHOP HERE WORST RETAIL EXPERIENCE EVER! I would give 0 stars out of 5 if I could.
