Have had a great deal of experience buying used vehicles - and rarely have had as professional and well handled car purchase exchange as we had with Josef and his team at Dynasty Auto Selection. Josef was forthright about the pros and cons of every car we looked at, very fair in pricing and didn’t rest until we were happy. It’s great to know that there are still dealers who want the best for their customers and who are knowledgeable about what they sell. If there’s a used car in your future - you owe it to yourself to visit Dynasty and ask for Josef!

Called about a car and was told they don’t allow test drives unless you “figure out financing” first. Pro tip to have a happy life: if a place won’t allow you to test drive a car with no conditions, run don’t walk the other way.

Called sales rep Josef on a Friday asking to test drive a 4Runner and GS350 on the weekend. I’m told it’s all good, someone at the dealership will take care of me.
Wrong. I’m immediately told that they don’t usually allow test drives until they’re close to finishing a purchase. Wtf. 2 1/2 hours of driving for nothing. The sales rep I dealt with told me I must have been wrong and that I was basically SOL. Bad attitudes all around. The manager proceeds to come out and instead of apologizing for the crappy interaction and misinformation AGAIN tries to tell me it was my mistake.
Never trust a dealership that won’t let you drive a car. Shady.

I bought a GMC Yukon in February 2024. Since I bought it, I keep having issues with the car. I had already 3 claims and currently I have to repair the engine as it stopped working. I am very unhappy with my car because I keep having issues with it.

The customer service is exceptional. I had a great experience with Josef. He was very accommodating and understanding to my car needs. He also had a whole shelf of good and treats that he offered me which was great. I will definitely refer other people to him.

Excellent customer service and quality vehicles. We were dealing with Richardo, who was very professional. Dynasty educated my wife and I about all options available to us and were not pushy. We drove it a few days and started hearing a loud noise, so we brought it back in and they fixed the issue in a timely manner. We will definitely be sending others to purchase vehicles here. They are trustworthy and made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchase.

Purchased a vehicle from these guys. All in all I was really happy with the service, process and the vehicle itself. I bought a Honda Pilot 2008 and am so happy with it, the way they polish their vehicle is immaculate and they put brand new brakes for me which saves me a lot of money from the get go...will definitely come back for my next car.
