“Most staff are usually great, but today I thank God I closed my accounts at RBC!
I went today to change $20 to 4 fives, a lazy rep. after waiting for more than 1/2 an hour told me that she will not serve me because I`m not a customer!
(I spent thousands and thousands in this bank as I was a client for over 30 years!)
Now this is how they avoid doing their job!

“Today, my husband and I went in to this Bank of China to open an account. Before I went, I read the reviews and I was kind of hesitant; however we still went there because this bank is located right outside Peanut plaza and it's a very convenient location. It turned out the staff are very nice, especially Macie, who's also very nice, knowledgeable and super helpful and accommodated our needs as we were from out of town. “I have banked with these guys for about 10 years. I was there today because one of my accounts was charging me an inactivity fee and I was a little annoyed by it. The guy who helped me said he had to get the manager to help him sign to close the account, but I didn't realize it was so he could credit me the fee back until after I left. I feel a little bad I was annoyed by the fee but they did the right thing for me. Good job!”
“100/10 Customer Service Experience. Compared to the other CIBC branch near my house. My Mom and me got there 5mins early but the branch manager a blonde lady with glasses opened the door and let us in to warm. We had an appointment with Sherry Narang and it was the most easy, smoothest, understandable Request, Approval, Transaction process to take place. Sherry easily re explained everything we were asking for back to us, explained our options, and still respected our request compared to other branches that had my mom running around for years with her request. Very stressful times for hardworking Canadians and the least we need is bad customer service from our big Banks. Thank you again to the manager and Sherry for that! Deal with these people!!!”

“Henry Huynh has been incredibly helpful in setting up my terminal! He responded very quickly with troubleshooting some issues for me and got things sorted out. My terminal for cancelled after some issues with the risk protection company (fiser) and it was a huge headache in trying to get in contact with them. Henry went above and beyond in helping me and contacting risk protection for me and for my terminal up and running again in no time. Would definitely requesting for Henry if trying to set up an account!”
