Service department is the worst.
Im young kid who doesnt really know about cars. I feel really taken for granted.
They never call back for status update.
The Shuttle service driver in the afternoon was rude. I called the reception 2 hrs before to send the driver so he could pick me up at 4pm. He came 1 hour and 30mins late. He was complaining that I never told him the facade of my building at work was at the back. (he should be fired for unprofessional behavior. Also and during the waiting time , When I call the reception, she always says' he on the way and almost there.' I wasted almost 2 hours. I could have got myself uber.
UPATE: after a service you will received a call, asking if you are happy with the service. if yes they will send over a survey over the email,. and if you are not happy you will not received the survey. That being said, They only send survey if they are sure they are going to get good score.

Stay away from this dealership!! Bad experiences 20 years ago with their service department and nothing seems changed! Why go back you ask.......tried to give them another chance. All is good when you try to make the sale but........
Bought the car in June, went in for software upgrades (that should have been done BEFORE we picked up the car, was there for 4 hours. The other day, went in for an oil change and some more software upgrades and 2x5 min. recall items, was told 2 hours. Went to check after 2 hours and my car had not gone into the shop yet.........go figure. Took my keys and left.
NOTHING HAS CHANGED!!! Find another dealership

Although this review is a bit delayed, I want to share my experience with this dealership in hopes of helping others make informed decisions.
In September 2020, I leased a Jeep Wrangler through Chris Mascarenhas (no longer with the dealership) and sales manager Jacob Kepecs. Each vehicle comes with a standard 3-year or 60,000KM warranty, which should begin on the date of purchase.
By June 2023, with 4 months left on my warranty and under 60,000KM, I needed to replace an oxygen sensor – a costly repair covered under warranty. However, at a different Chrysler dealership, I was told my warranty had expired in March. After investigating, it turns out that Downsview Chrysler had initially sold my Wrangler to Hertz Car Rental before my purchase, then canceled the sale. This action ultimately voided my warranty, despite Downsview Chrysler not disclosing it and being fully aware that this was not a new vehicle.
I reached out multiple times to Jacob Kepecs but never received a response. Fortunately, the other Chrysler dealership refunded most of my repair costs (over $500), though they also mentioned that Downsview Chrysler “cleaned it off their hands” and didn’t offer further assistance.
In addition, when working with the finance manager, Sean, there were repeated errors in my lease quote and bill of sale, requiring several revisions. This raised concerns about the accuracy of their sales processes.
While the dealership’s service department has been efficient and provided good customer service, my overall experience was marred by these issues. I’d caution others when dealing with Jacob Kepecs and Downsview Chrysler to verify all details on warranties, vehicle history, and financial documentation.
Recommendation: Double-check warranties, vehicle history, and documents thoroughly before finalizing any agreement.

I had a number very disappointing experiences at this dealership. While they treated me well during the sales process they upsold me a "gold package" for my new 2021 JGCL which promised priority service amongst other perks, that turned out to be untrue. There was nothing differentiated in the service provided. I receive calls on the monthly asking to come in for “VIP” events which I always ask to remove me from their marketing lists. In the first year I had a problem with the air conditioner not blowing cold air and was told it would be over $350 just to diagnose and then further charges to fix it. The air conditioning is not covered under the warranty.. go figure. Hoped on YouTube and spent $80 at Canadian tire for Freon and charged it myself. It’s been working completely fine since.
The main receptionist is by far one of the rudest people I’ve dealt with. She already answers the phone with a negative tone and has a snarky response to any questions or concerns.
Recently I booked an appointment for an oil change, and it took the entire morning to complete (Almost 4 hours!). The service technicians and service reception were rude and uninterested, clearly showing no regard for my time. Noor at the service desk barely makes eye contact as if she is above you. I’ve witnessed service technicians being abrasive and rude to customers on the phone,. Additionally, they are always pushy about upselling unnecessary overpriced services. With my package ending in March I rather forgo my last “free” oil change than return to this dealership., I’ll definitely be finding another dealership to continue my business. Don’t be fooled, they will treat you well until your sale is locked in after that good luck! They clearly don’t care about their customers. Avoid this place!

I would think twice buying a used truck from them they are super professional before you pay
Got my truck almost 4 months ago , I had it for 1 week noticed some small issues came right away and it all started , they said yes we will fix it and we will order the parts , they said around 10 days , since then all I hear is , the mechanic is sick , this guy went on vacation , the second manager is not even knows what’s going on ,
I been coming to the dealer every 2 weeks and no one can give me an answer , same answer all the time someone is sick or on vacation ,
Make yourself a favor think twice if you a hard working person that can’t waste his time on running around

Overinflated prices, and they try to push services. Especially if you seem young or someone not very knowledgeable about cars.
I know I don't need new tires at just 50K kilometers though.
That being said, they were supposed to order a part for my car but forgot and they tried to blame the parts manufacturer; "oh I have no idea what happened they just canceled order or something on their own". They said this 2 weeks after they supposedly ordered the part, AND I had to call them MYSELF to see what's going on because the people at the service department don't have the common courtesy to give you a call themselves even if they said they would.
Avoid like the plague
Update: it's been nearly 3 months since I first took my truck to these liars. Same truck I bought from them, and I also other trucks from them over the years. Never again.

Definitely would recommend Sammy at Downsview Chrysler and their sales team. From the moment we entered the premises, Sammy greeted us as if he knew us for years. He was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to help us get into a beautiful new 2023 Ram truck. He took his time and explained everything needed to know about getting the truck.He treats you as good as family no pressure just out for your best interest. I will definitely be recommending him to family and friends. This is a good dealership where they treat you well. Thank you Sammy.

I brought my Jeep Wrangler to this location as my windshield washer pump stopped working. I commend Justice in service for his welcome and friendliness. This was great to experience. My only complaint was that I had to wait so long as a washer was out of stock and had to return and wait two hours for the work to be completed. Justice however, made up for it with his real customer service experience.

The service department is simply engaged in fraud. I came to change the oil in the engine. They refused to recognize the payment made a year ago for 4 oil changes, although I have a receipt for the payment (but the payment was "lost" in their computer)
Sandro is the one who said he couldn't solve my problem and sent me to contact Chrysler?
