I just stumbled by my review from 5 years ago. I guess they had me rate them back then. I Don't know what I was thinking to rate 5 stars, it was probably before I got the car. Looking back 5 years, buying a car from Eran was one of the biggest mistakes we did. He is a layer that is taking advantage of newcomers that don't understand what is happening. He said that we are not allowed to test drive the car because it doesn't have insurance. Promised a period of time to come back and repair what ever will be needed. We got a fake safety certificate because there is no way the car would pass safety in the condition we got it. The battery was dead and we had to replace it. The wipers weren't working and we had to go back and forth to repair them so there were a few times that I got stuck in the rain and snow with no wipers driving with 3 little children on my first winter in Canada.The car was a big mess and was doing 3 different noises on 3 levels of speed. We were repairing it for 3 years since we bought it CASH in full price. WORSTE DEALL OF MY LIFESTAY AWAY. Welcome to Canada experience at it's finest

Horrible experience and definitely won't even cross their street. Rude staff, no help, and the car I bought had too many issues and was never fixed.

Purchased a vehicle from this location back in November/23. I dealt with Vincent, who was very knowledgeable, upfront, and at no time did he pressure me to make a decision. The Manager Eran was very helpful and understanding. These guys are great and the staff excellent. This location offers a number options and price ranges. All in all if you're looking for a good deal on a used car and are aware of you get what you pay for, this is great place to go. As for the vehicle I purchased it was delivered looking pristine, I mean these guys really cleaned it up. For what I paid, it does exceed my expectations.

They went above and beyond to make sure my ride was ready for the road. I got an older model but they upgraded it and made sure it was not only safe an ready for the road. They also made it look like a modern ride with a rear view camera and HD display.

They won't let you drive the car. The one I was interested in even had a dealer plate on it and I was not allowed to drive it, even around the parking lot. That is a deal breaker for me.

Second car we have bought from here. Friendly and professional, feel confident if there is any problems with purchase, they would assist to make things right. Very busy, so they must be doing something right. Parking can be challenging, but location is easy to get to. Thanks guys for another great experience.

Amazing quality cars and trustworthy team!I bought my car a few months ago from Downsview auto and I couldn't have asked for a better and easier experience.Not only was the buying process quick and straightforward, but even afterwards I had my check engine light turn on after buying the car and because it was under warranty they fixed it the next day for free! Then they even "reset" the warranty time for the check engine light specifically because they wanted to ensure it was done right and that I could return in case it needed to be checked again. It has since driven excellently with no concerns.They really took care of me and demonstrated their commitment to excellent quality service.

My daughter and I went to find her first car. I was already driving a Mazda and swear I won't drive anything else because they are well built and made to last. We picked out an older Mazda 2 with high mileage because it fit our budget and there were brand new winter tires in the back which we were told would come with the car. This was a major selling point. Unfortunately they were put in the car in error and were the wrong size for the car. But Downsview Auto came through for us and made it right and got us another set of winters. My daughter got the perfect small car for getting herself to and from school.
