Bought a garden tool. The tool broke when using it like the entire stick. I called Dollarama to get a replacement. I spent over 98$ and the manager told me everything you buy at dollarama is final sale. That's all nothing they can do. 4.75 plus tax still ? they don't care and too bad for me.

Holy!!!!! Don’t go into this location during the last hour of closing. You will receive the biggest attitude from the girls at cash. Rushing you to put your items on the cash table and can’t even make eye contact with you. Made me feel very anxious and offended by the lack of customer service.

I was deceived at the checkout, I did not immediately understand, I came home and noticed that the sellers not only did not notice this, but they themselves did not understand what they were selling in the store.

Prices are better than Walmart even though the stuff that costs a few dollars are okay quality. I buy chips and food here, mainly because it's quick to get around and the cashiers are FAST! Best local Dollarama I've ever been to.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store on New Year’s Eve. I arrived a few minutes before the scheduled closing time, only to be denied entry by the manager, Nicole.While I appreciate the importance of adhering to closing hours, I believe that customers should be allowed entry until the specified closing time. In this instance, I was denied access even though it was before 6:00 PM as indicated by the store’s closing hours.I recommend providing additional training for Nicole and her staff to ensure a more customer-centric approach and to enhance the overall customer experience at this location. I trust that addressing this matter will contribute to the improvement of service standards.Thank you for your attention to this concern.

Google says 10pm for closing. So does the sign on the door. At 9:25, the little woman inside is waving her arms saying they are closed at 9:30. Disgraceful, especially right before Christmas with extended hours advertised!!!
