Get off my back and let me pay for my goods
You are worried about a stupid $.05 plastic bag worry about the shoplifting happening on a regular basis.
Don’t harass people I know I need to pay for the stupid plastic bag.
This message is for the manager:
You need to speak English To me if you want to understand my complaint or look for another job where they speak your language.
Store at empress walk 5095 Yonge street.
September 28th at approximately 7:00pm while cashing out one of your cashier (Asian descent possibly Philippino )while finishing my transaction she asked me if I had a problem with her.
She was rude to an elderly lady while helping someone else close to my register.
Obviously she can’t multitask but she is more interested in looking at other people business.
Please have the Head office contact me and not the store manager.
I have my receipt with time day and what I have purchased.
It is an embarrassment having these type of people working in the city of Toronto with zero I repeat zero skills and language barrier most important understanding what is customer service.
This is a global knowledge and doesn’t need training.

I came today to buy some stuff and this Vietnamese small lady she is very rude and her way of talking was very inappropriate.
I’ll contact the manager to complaint about her because she was very rude today.

The staff members didn't help me when I needed it. When I asked for help, the guy who was in the self check out area was talking with one of his friends and he didn't help me even when I asked for help.

The short woman, maybe SriLankan, roaming the self checkout needs to keep her attitude in check and only speak when spoken to. One item barcode was not scanning so I started entering the number (alternate option). All of a sudden this stupid woman started yelling “don’t do that”. Eventually, she ended up entering the number herself as the barcode was not scanning. What a clown.

Rude employee who saw me scan all of my stuff and pay for everything that I left there by mistake and when I came back to get my bag she asked “do you have your receipt?” As if I was stealing. My bag was behind the counter and she didn’t want to give it back. Train your employees better than this this is unacceptable how you’re watching me paying and even seeing me adding a bag to do all that. Rude profiling racist employee. That doesn’t want to make me shop at this location again. You are rudely mannered.

Bigger in size compared to most dollaramas, this in particular has quite the selection of products. Accessible via subway transit and/ or driving.My only concern is there is a lack of staff or inconsistency of them around the front due to self-scan checkouts. Only 1 or 2 actual person checkout tables which again, no staff seems to be present by. What happens if people need help?

Just went to get a simpler lint roller. Couldn’t find it and the staff was really unhelpful, they looked so disinterested to hell me out. Awful! Even lost a pair of glasses here once and no help was provided
