Dollarama is a wonderful discount store chain with a very big selection of products. It is bigger in size compared to most Dollaramas and is very well stocked. The store has anything one is looking for, including arts supplies, school supplies, party decorations, and household stuff. It offers kitchen utensils, wine glasses, health and beauty products, personal products, and food products like canned foods, noodles, snacks, and drinks. It is a store with fair products on the shelves and is generally worth it for very cheap crockery and other items. However, there is a common concern about minimal staffing and limited availability of help. The store has self-scan checkouts with only one or two actual person checkout tables, and staff often seems inconsistent or not present. This can lead to customers needing help with the machines and not receiving it, sometimes resulting in frustration and abandoned purchases. Some reviews note that staff can be rude and lack customer service skills. Compared to this location, the nearby Dollarama at another centre is noted as much larger, well staffed, and having a lot more variety.
It was a relatively big store compared to other dollarama stores around, middle quality reasonable prices as always..

Just went to get a simpler lint roller. Couldn’t find it and the staff was really unhelpful, they looked so disinterested to hell me out. Awful! Even lost a pair of glasses here once and no help was provided
