So the first time I went I went looking for a gala dress and customer service people pretty much ignored me and would not offer me a change room.
Second time going and LAST time I went, my friend from British Colombia was visiting and when we entered we went to the wedding dresses. I was planning her wedding and I am close to engaged. They ignored my friend like I was the one getting married and because of no appointment we were told originally to stick to the off the rack dresses if we were serious about buying. Honestly, we were. Then after maybe 5 minutes we got approached by a different girl telling us to pretty much leave.
Worst experience I've ever had shopping ever.

Was walking past the store when about to go in this fat blonde lady told me very rudely that the place was closed, but the thing that confuses me the most is why did they have their doors open if they were closed and I saw another review on how she was very rude and yeah, she’s very rude. So stay away from the store and it looks very nasty inside. Would never go in the store again because of how ugly and nasty it looks on the inside and now the person looks ugly on the outside and the inside and I don’t really usually go in those stores because they look very broke down. I usually shop at somewhere else and this time I went to the wrong place.

Brought my sister to find a short flowy wedding dress for a civil wedding, she fell in love with one that was on the hook. Tried it on with veils and fake bouquets, the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately, their seamstress is all booked up for prom season so we are going elsewhere for alterations.

This was a bittersweet experience. Whilst Deborah, the sales associate, was an absolute sweetheart and very helpful the manager, Jody, was arrogant, unfriendly and very dismissive. I walked away from a dress today that I didn’t need but wanted it because Jody was unwilling to be of help.. she was very uncooperative! The attitude was worst than a Walmart associate.
For future reference if you want to sell dresses please change your manager!
Not sure if the person answering these reviews is Jody herself but let’s continue on as there is a third party…
Your manager did not say more than 2 words in a sentence for the whole 2 hours me and my friends were there. The few times I dealt with her she never smiled… I’m sorry but if you can’t greet your customers and be of help and even carry out a conversation what on earth are you doing working on retail? Do you not want to sell inventory??
The dress in question was regular priced when I pulled it off from the rack, alterations needed to be done which your store couldn’t offer to me. The lowest price Jody offered me was $325 not $290. I said that I had $300 on me only and she let me walk away for $25 because she was unwilling to negotiate/lower/talk any further… and basically looked away from me as if I didn’t exist… I asked she would call her superior and she would not… I asked if I could speak to her superior she ignored me.
So yes I will say it again change your manager it’s hurting your sales! 5 ladies went in there today all looking at dresses. Only 1 bought. You could have potentially have had more sales today if it wasn’t for your moody and dismissive manager!

I went here for my prom dress and couldn't be happier!! They really took their time helping me find the right dress, did free altercations and even gave me a brooch free of charge to tie the entire look together. I highly recommend the place!

I am usually extremely nervous to walk up to workers and ask for help but Deborah was so welcoming and so sweet she made me feel so comfortable. Honestly, I had a really great experience shopping here and I would highly recommend. The atmosphere is great!

I wish I knew this place earlier. So i had only a week of time to prepare for the gown and needs to be hem cuz im not that tall for those gown.They have tons of beautiful and amazing gowns for prom or gala night . The Staff are so helpful and the price is not as too expensive as other stores. I highly recommend this place.

If I could give 0, I would. This store is disgusting. Smells like mold. Still went to check on the dresses and the fat blonde lady with a horror movie makeup was disgusting. She kept insulting people, including me about sizes. Informed the blonde lady at the front and she was pretending not to listen. People left because of this attitude. Business will be closed down soon. Good luck ?

Bridal dresses are outdated. Many of them are so old that the fabric and beads appear yellow. The place looks filthy and the owner is rude. Very few decent small sizes in the bridal section.

I'm always disappointed when I walk into a store and no one greets you. One of the sales associates came up to us and asked rudely what we were looking for, and when we showed an inspo photo, she rudely said they didn't have anything like it in the store as she walked away with a scowl on her face. We would never return or recommend this store.

I went here with my friend to help her pick a wedding gown and we had Deborah as our sales associate. She was AMAZING. She knew the inventory very well and did a fabulous job hyping us up.
A decent amount of dresses were quite dated in my opinion making it a lot to sort through, but there were still plenty of beautiful and unique gowns that were also reasonably priced. We ended saying yes to a dress!

Came in with my sister looking for a wedding dress and a bridesmaid dress having no luck in other stores. We were immediately welcomed and was blown away by the number of dresses that they had. They helped me (the bridesmaid) pull dresses in my colour and style and were great in helping me choose my final dress. I feel confident in the dress, it is beautiful and excellent quality while not breaking my budget!My sister's bridal appointment was very easy, Debra knew exactly what she was doing with great suggestion and advice throughout, made us both feel very at ease and comfortable. Had a great selection of dresses and was awesome at working with her budget.Should have come here first, it was an easy and wonderful process and will definetly be back for future events.

I said yes to the dress at Diane's bridal. I got great service and a great dress at a great price. I have to say I was very very pleased. They worked with my dress requirements as well as my budget. My husband and I will be going back for any other event dresses in the future but I do have to say my wedding dress and veil is all I ever wanted. Thank you so much Diane's bridal!Edit: Included a picture. Was my perfect fit.. no alterations
