Very rude customer service. Called to book an appointment to try on dresses. The woman basically did not give me an opportunity to come in unless there was some assurance I was going to buy a dress and then hung up. Won't even bother going in.

My wedding was planned on such short notice so I was just browsing wedding dresses when I discovered Diane's Bridal. She has lots of variety (including plus sizes) her prices are reasonable and she is super nice! I felt very comfortable with her and despite my dress being a rushed order she took her time to make sure my wedding dress was a perfect fit! My wedding is in early June 2023 and Diane had my dress and jewelry ready 2 weeks prior to my wedding date. I definitely recommend this place for your bridal needs!

I personally would not recommend Dianes Bridal. We went on Feb 26, 2023 and as soon as me and some bridesmaids walked into the shop she stopped us and stated she only "caters to small sizes" Implying we were too fat. Please keep in mind we had girl who are a size medium in the group. We had barely stepped into the shop when and we walked right back out. I'm sure others have had a great experience however I cannot say the same.

This was the worst experience for me. Very unprofessional lady. Unhelpful and dare I say … rude! I called in advance and made an appointment to look at dresses for MOB. I drove 40 mins to get there. She told me that the cost to try on a gown was $50! She said she didn’t want to waste her time If I did not buy! There was no other customers in store and I am actively looking to buy this week! I can afford any of her dresses! She didn’t mention the try on fee on the phone. Terrible! Stay away.

My dress was not tailored properly. Not sure if it was tailored at all. It was too long so I had to hold it up all night and Diane refused to tailor the waist at my fitting so it was visibly loose. I had to use a hair tie on the day of the event to pull up the back straps of the dress so my chest can be more covered. I was unhappy with my dress. Tailoring cost was $150 and the dress was $300. Skip this shop, go elsewhere.

Terrible costumer service!! I went there to buy a gown for my prom and Diane said with “I don’t want to waste my time if you’re not gonna buy it” I was just asking if she have a mermaid gown and she constantly said that. She is unwelcome and rude. She think that I couldn’t afford the gown but the truth is her gown is one of the cheapest gown I saw. What is the point of having a business or beautiful gowns if you have that kind of personality.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I've never felt more disrespected and unwelcomed than in this store (knowing that is not even a high-end dress store). As soon as I walked in, the lady forbid us to walk in unless we wrapped our shoes in plastic. I was looking for a bridesmaid dress and when I told her the price range I was willing to spend on a dress she laughed as if it was impossible to find a nice bridesmaid dress for around $200!!Then, when I told her I was size 2, she laughed again and was trying to convince me I was size 8 lol so I just decided in no way I was even willing to try on any dress there!Give your money to someone else! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!Btw I went to another store nearby and found a beautiful dress for $150! And of course my size (2)

Fate has brought me to Diane's store. She has been super helpful and took her time to help me out with picking dresses and fitting. Great customer service! I purchased a wedding dress that she has designed herself so she was able to give me a reasonable price. Many of her dresses are absolutely beautiful. I definitely recommend her to anyone for bridal dresses.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE: Walked in here to ask about veils and got waved and hushed out as soon as I opened the door, told me I cannot come in and look around. I understand if something is by apt only or even if you’re hyper sensitive to COVID, but there is certainly a better way to communicate that with customers than rudely and explicitly telling them they’re unwelcome in your store. I see there’s another review from another bride with a similar experience. There are so many bridal options in the GTA, skip this one.

Yikes. Bad service. Went on Sunday. The consultant was rude, snobby and unwelcoming. Was no way I was going to buy my wedding dress from here. No ambiance, bad energy. Unlucky dress store! Do no buy from here.
