I am delighted with my stunning new kitchen, bathroom, family room wall unit and built-in office area. Shane is an exceptional designer and has a keen eye for detail. I liked the fact that he stayed involved in the project and was always available to help and answer questions. The cabinetry was delivered on time as promised and within budget. I had custom colour orders for my kitchen and bathroom and they turned out beautifully. Added bonus, the cabinetry is environmentally friendly! I used one of the contractors that Shane works with and could not have been more pleased with his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Design Excellence Kitchen and Bath to anyone who is considering a renovation.

Excellence In Bath was the one that helped us out and demonstrated all of the features and customization options. We collaborated on the transformation of our classic tub into a spacious walk-in shower. The installers performed a fantastic job. They took every precaution possible. Every day, they finished the day by cleaning up. They collaborated with us as we installed the racks and supports. A joy to be around, Excellence In Bath is a fantastic company!

I used Design Excellence for the renovation of my kitchen and master bathroom, and am delighted with the results. Design Excellence was one of five kitchen/bath suppliers I considered, and I was allured by the optimal combination of outstanding design expertise, excellent customer service, high product quality, at competitive prices.
During the DESIGN process, Shane listened to what I wanted, and then added his suggestions and questions to complement and enhance my own ideas. He has a keen eye for balance, detail and integrity of the design: the kitchen is the centerpiece of my one-level open-concept house, but also flows with the areas adjacent to it.
During the MANUFACTURING/BUILDING process, Shane interfaced with my contractor to share information about electrical, countertops, plumbing and flooring, and was always promptly available for any questions. Shane also kept me up to date about the cabinetry delivery date, which happened as promised.
During the INSTALLATION process, Shane showed how much he cares. As inevitably happens, problems came up, and Shane was part of the solution every time. For example, when my countertops did not fit properly, it was Design Excellence installers who modified the doors and drawers to accommodate the thicker countertop. In another instance, one of the panels came with details different from what I expected, so Shane ordered additional panels, with expedited delivery, to ensure I was satisfied.
So I am one delighted customer of Design Excellence, and was satisfied with not only the results, but also the process that lead to the results. I wholeheartedly recommend Design Excellence kitchen & Bath if you are looking for design, quality, service, and price.

After creating our elegant master bathroom in 2013, we were absolutely sure that you were the right man for our kitchen challenge. Sure enough, you listened to what we were looking for, kept within our budget, and in a timely manner, created our beautiful kitchen that we have today. The quality of the cupboards are outstanding. Thank you for your guidance and patience in helping us select our tiles, counter top, etc. Your list of suppliers that you recommended were all very pleasant to deal with. My master bathroom was designed by Shane of Design Excellence kitchen and Bath and I am thrilled with the results. Shane understood my ideas and needs and turned them into reality. The entire process was well coordinated and Shane ensured that every detail was completed to perfection. His keen eye for colour and balance along with maximizing storage capacity is outstanding. After a few years of sourcing kitchen companies and obtaining quotes, I ended up hiring Design Excellence. Not only did Shane honour an older quote, we worked closely to design the final layout allowing me to have my dream kitchen! Shane is meticulous and his installer Mark was top notch. Shane did an exceptional job designing our large built in wall unit. Additionally his star installer, Marc, made sure that everything was perfect. Others may offer you a cheaper price, but for us the value and quality were unbeatable. Shane really understands how to do a job right and doesn't cut any corners.

I recommend Design Excellence Kitchen and Bath to anyone and everyone I can. Why? Because my kitchen is everything I could have imagined and much more. I wanted it to be beautiful, yet practical and efficient and very importantly affordable. Working with Shane was a positive experience. He listened to what I was looking for and designed a kitchen that accommodated my needs and my space and delivered it exactly on the day he said he would. I was told by another kitchen designer that what I wanted couldn't be done but yet Shane made it work. My kitchen worked well for all of us - I got the kitchen I wanted and am cooking to my heart's content, my husband got a kitchen that was competitively priced and within budget and Shane got our business.
