I bought a small lamp here and when I came home to open the box, the cable was not in the box! The sales person had taken the lamp out of the box for me to see and forgot to put it back!
I called the store and requested them to deliver it to me as this problem’s been caused by them, also I don’t live close. They just apologized and said they don’t have anyone to do that! Very poor customer service.

What a lovely boutique store. So many nice people working here. They helped me find the perfect gift and even wrapped it up for me. Will return again.

The customer service is horrible. The “BOSS” attitude is worst. Got something from here and they were so rude to just tell me they can’t do refund ! Never come back again. So over priced and staff are very rude.

Very disappointed with my experience . I brought a gift for exchange which I had never opened , a retailer who refused to share her name with me upon opening the box told me the dust bag is missing and when I confronted her to give me the dust bag , as I just opened the box , she started saying we don’t have this here anymore . With me insisting it came into light that they had the same box and contents in their storage downstairs and she refused to accept she was going around with telling me they don’t have it here ( meaning right where she stood ?) . She was rude and laughed at my face when I told her I’m going to share this for your manager , she said you can do whatever you feel is right ( that’s a valid statement ). Not sure why the manager is not looking into this , I would not want my customers to be pointed at and yelled and misinformed .

The store is beautiful and has a good selection, the service was great and they offer complimentary gift wrapping. My only complaint is their refund/gift exchange policy which was not made clear at the time of purchase. FYI; 1 week for refunds, 2 weeks for gift exchanges. If you purchase items at the last minute that’s a good enough time. In my case, I purchased the gift 3 weeks in advance as I was in the area and only found out later that my friend cannot exchange the gift because 2 weeks had passed.

I wish I had read the poor reviews the store had before shopping there. They have interesting if overpriced things. But If you happen to walk out with any defect product they take no responsibility for it the minute it has left the store. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long while. Don’t waste your money there.

If I were able to give no stars, I would.I was not planning to put a review, but after I read all other horrendous experiences from other clients, I decided to share mine.I have almost spent $2K at this location shopping for Michael Aram products over the last 3 weeks, unfortunately one visit worse than the other. First of all, the staff are extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. They’re not even able to handle any sale. Secondly, the prices on Michael Aram products are higher than the official website and when I asked for an explanation, they rudely responded that they have maintenance and employees to pay and if I wasn’t comfortable, I could take my business elsewhere meanwhile I had a gift card which they refuse to reimburse. So basically they were saying they are holding on to my money while not giving me any product or service. I’m sure the owner will be very happy to hear that their employees are throwing customers out of the store. I kindly asked for a price match just for the principles, they said the are not DANA JORAN nor Michael Aram and that Michael Aram can sell their products to their desired prices and they are not willing to sell at the same prices. I was starting to lose my patience when the sales person raised her hand and placed it in front of my face, saying she doesn’t want to deal with me and does not care about what I think.Is this the way to respond to clients nowadays? Honestly I would pay $50 extra for duties and purchase on the official website rather than overpaying $12 extra in this store.The staff is not aware of their inventory and absolutely do NOT maintain the valuable products they sell. Not to mention that it took the sales lady an hour to find the box matching my purchase and after she came out of the back room, the box was torn apart and she was trying to tape it all together without confronting me about it.I had to tell them what to do and how to do, which was using another box of the same product, they couldn’t even know how to pack up this $400 worth of tray in its own box. It was like they were opening the box for the first time in their life. I was crying inside. And then of course they rudely asked me to wait outside of the store for the gift wrapping which took another half hour while the store was empty.Honestly, I don’t even know how this store still exists.

I made a small purchase at this store just before Christmas 2022 and the owner charged me more than the ticketed price of the item (+12%). It's my fault I didn't notice the price error until I got home, but I did notice the owner manually adjusted the price of the item after scanning the SKU at the register. I'm disappointed in the dishonest sales practices at this store, and I'll avoid shopping here in the future.

Terrible experience. The store was full of boxes and shipments. I was waiting for 30 minutes to get assistance. Very busy store with no assistance. Will never go back.
